I been using chiyomilk's methods now for 4 days and I must say my breasts are starting to feel fuller and larger. However I am nearing my period so they'll probably deflate soon after

AF arrived today and my breasts still haven't deflated but I'll give them another 3 days before celebrating.
I've kind of given up on chi massages because it's really tiring AND I've managed to come up with routine with Chiyomilk's massages to go with Dr. Dre's "I Need A Doctor" - well Skylar's bit anyway, so it's much more fun

How long should you spend on the chiyomilk massage? Surely not as fast as it is in the video? I think I will add this to my normal massage, which is the chi. thanks for the post! I love it when a video comes with a massage thank you.

The chi sure is tiring! But I've found if you lay down it helps quite a bit.

Really? Lying down? Interesting thanks.
Also, Taelia, about the yin and yang foods, I don’t have an iphone, which I assume you do hence the app, I have a blackberry so probs cant get it but I’m going to do some research into it. It sounds interesting and its something I had never looked into so thanks for the idea! xx

Yeah I do mine when I'm going to bed and I lay down because my arms were getting tired around the 2 minute mark (where the arms bend on the opp side of the elbow) and this way I get less tired.

I actually don't know how long you should spend on the massages I usually do:
Pink Top: 3 reps
Black Top: 6 reps
White Top: 2 reps
No Top: 2 reps
