2 months is a bit early. I would expect you'll feel things happening in the next 4-8 weeks. Good luck!

Everyone is different. I thought I could see changes in shape, but not size in the first 6 weeks. Probably was just wishful thinking. I'd say there was a very noticeable difference by the time 6-9 months went by on just FG, Fennel, and SP. Real growth (the kind that makes you smile when you look in the mirror) didn't happen for me until I switched to PM after a year on the weaker herbs. Within 4-8 weeks, I was getting projection, nipple changes, fullness in the lower breasts, etc. While on vacation, my wife told me last month that she is concerned about how big they are getting. Impossible to hide now, can only minimize them and trust that people see what they want to see. My wife tells me I am a solid b now. The measuring tape doesn't say so, but several of my 38b bras fit quite nicely now. I'm about 9 months into PM although I took a break from it a few weeks ago so I could see if there would be any losses when I stop. Doing my own experiment. No answers yet. I know I really hate being off of it for some reason.

Hi sfem, may I ask what brand of PM do you take and in what dose? I've taking PM from thanyaporn and upped the dose to 4 pills for 6 wks now, and I still don't see any noticeable/visible change/s. Thanks.

I have posted what I use in past threads, but a quick summary is that I take the Ainterol Pure-D 500 capsules. I take 2 per day for 1000mg per day total. I am actually on a break from them right now for a personal experiment.

Thanks so much, sfem. I wonder if 1000 mg is too much for me. I'm taking about 500 mg PM right now, increased from 400 mg daily. LEt us know of the outcome of your experiment; I would love to hear how taking a break from PM affects the growth.
