Hello and welcome. You defiantly made the right choice to try other paths before surgery and in the right place to find out about nbe! Have a look on the forum just a quick look and some light reading should give you enough information to make a start.
As a quick guide, I found this very useful when I started it should make a come back, a list of most mentioned herbs in rank order from the old forum. It’s a bit outdated obviously coming from the old one but they seem to keep coming up so worth a look and taking the top few should be a good start.
Fenugreek
Saw Palmetto
Fennel
Borage
Wild Yam
Evening Primrose
Hops
Soy
Barley
Milk Thistle
kelp should be on this list
I really liked this list on the old pages it should be on her too why is it not? I guess it’s a drag having to update it all the time but may be just a list somewhere would be good. or in the fixed threads by admin at the top or something.

That's an interesting list. I would have expected fenugreek to be at the top, but I'm a bit surprised red clover isn't there somewhere.

The best thing to do, is to read, read, read. By reading the programs page, you can see what has worked for the members who have been here, and had success. That's what I did. Once your done reading, you should be able to come to your own conclusion on what the next step for you is. It all depends on money, effort, etc. There are quite a bit of women who have said marketed breast enhancements have worked for them. Reading is by far the most informative. HTH and GL.

It’s from the old one so maybe that’s why it’s missing and it was titled most mentioned. If it was only talked about once or twice maybe it didn’t make the cut. Also it was only updated twice I took the newer one it may have been on the old one, it must have been too much work to keep it going.
Reading is the key about what to do with the herbs. You can take may of them as teas, in tablets/capsules, mix them into a batter with oil and put them externally on your boobs like a mask. It depends on the herb and what you want.
I have only ever had teas and tablet. I have never taken a ready-made brand like perfect curves or whatever. So I don’t know about them. My thoughts were: a lot of money and probably diluted I would rather take the herb as is. But that’s just me and my thoughts have no grounding. I have never done research on it. People on here have had success with them so they might work. do some reading on it

I've not seen Perfect Curves mentioned in this forum that much so I don't think it's one of the more popular brands with women here.
