I am trying to follow Eve's program. The Oatstraw I ordered is not a powder. Am I really expected to eat this? It looks like something I would feed a horse. Should I blend it into a powder?
Also, apparently I was having a blonde moment ( I am Blonde) and ordered Flax seeds....again, not a powder. What am I suppose to do with those? Are those what I am suppose to put in the boobie batter?
On a positive note, I finally got my Fenugreek powder. Yayyyy!

Lucky horse!
Seriously, did you get the whole straw? If so I would definitely blend it into powder.

I don't think a horse would actually eat this. It is literally little chuncks of straw. I tried to blend into a powder with the blender, and it's not working. It just jumps around because it's so light. Don't know what to do! Thanks for letting me know not to eat it!

You can grind flax seeds in any nut or coffee grinder. Even chew them very thoroughly with some honey if you have strong teeth. You can try to grind straw but it's probably trash.

OMG, I didn't even consider the coffe grinder. Sweet. Thanks for the help. I guess I will try the oats too, although I think I prob won't be using it. LoL

Horses would eat that! Horses generally find oat straw yummy.

I need to find a horse. Otherwise, it's just being wasted.
