Boobien00b's Program

#1

Hello everybody! I've been reading so much and have seen seen photos of some fantastic growth so I thought now is as good a time as any to start posting mine. I hope to see some growth over time!

I am 23 with two children, nursed both. I am a 32AA and hoping to become a B or C! My program is very simple - I am taking Bountiful Breast, no NB or anything else. Lots of protein and just about everything is organic! I get as much sleep as I can, though about a week after I started taking BB I became SO hungry all the time and usually have bad insomnia. I record my measurements once a week.

I have been taking BB for a month now and have already seen results (small, but it's something)!

Starting Measurements: (24 Feb 2011):

Top: 29"
Across: 29.5"
Bottom: 26.5"
Bra size: 32AA

One Month Later (22 March 2011)

Top: 30.25" (+1.25")
Across: 30" (+.5)
Bottom: 27.5" (+1")
(Still a 32AA!)

I may still be the same bra size but my results have made me very hopeful! I was so worried that I would be one of the girls this product just wouldn't work for. But, after one month it has already shown some results, and I hope to see more! I just wish I would start filling out across my bust a lot more, but I figure, I have waited this long for boobs, what's a little longer? Lol!

I plan to post my results at least once a month or whenever I see significant growth. I also will start a photo results page!

Thanks for reading my page! Smile

Good luck I hope it goes well for you! It sounds promising if the first month is anything to go by. Maybe try a little massage it works wonders.

Thanks!! No new growth to report yet Sad But it's only been two weeks since I last posted here, so I just have to remember to be patient! I had some dental work done and couldn't eat well for a few days... And then my blender broke so I couldn't make my protein smoothies (my favorite way to have the protein powder). During that time I didn't feel much for pains but since I am able to eat normally again, I have been getting about 80-90g of protein a day and getting a lot of pains! It's wonderful lol.

Program-wise I am still keeping it easy. I keep track of how much protein I eat, as well as calories (trying to gain weight). I use Calorie Count on about.com, which has been a great help. I eat a lot of lean meats but my favorite high protein food is shrimp (and salmon!), which I eat quite a bit of.

One thing I noticed though, and it was stupid of me to not check first - When I bought my protein shakes, it said Whey Protein Powder. I didn't think to check the ingredients list because it said whey and not soy. But, about a month into my program, I was reading it and it says it contains whey protein concentrate with soy protein isolate. Now, I know we aren't supposed to eat soy if we can help it. I am just wondering, should I stop using this protein powder completely because of the soy, or will it be okay once in a while (especially considering I did have some growth during my first month)? It gets expensive and I would hate to see both containers go to waste, but if I have to maybe I'll find a friend to give them to.

Anyway, I'm hoping to see more results soon! I'll keep you posted Smile

I am taking soy for my program. But I do believe that Wahaika has said no Whey protein powder, and no protein powder at all if you can get protein in your diet naturally. Maybe you could put them into baggies and freeze. I know flour, cornmeal, and other powders like that are kept fresher longer by being put in the freezer. That's always an option while you are still taking the BB.

Hello,

Protein powder is part of the normal routine with BO. But with herbs, use no protein powder, get protein in the diet.

Soy protein will slow down the thyroid, among other things, I believe also that it can reduce iron absorption in some people. Whey protein is far better. Watch out for symptoms of slow thyroid, compensate with kelp. Take a multivitamin and/or with a potent B complex - looking for B12 to be at least 50mcg.

my 2 cents,

Wahaika

Thanks for the clarification Wahaika. I am doing strictly herbs, so I guess my memory remembered no protein powder. I take natural organic soy...and try to get extra protein within my diet. No thyroid issues as of yet. Smile

Oh no!Sad I have just started drinking Soya milk. I don’t want my metabolism to slow down. I am taking kelp so maybe its not so bad.

Thank you for the replies! I'm glad I'm doing the protein intake thing properly... I'd be a bit down if I'd been doing it wrong for the past two months.

I had been measuring once a week but stopped a few weeks ago because it was making me impatient and disappointed. I stopped feeling pains/tingles for the most part - it happened once in a while, randomly, and go away just as quickly, so I didn't think it was working. I hadn't felt any difference in the way my bras fit anyway so I didn't think there was much point to measure, and I didn't want to obsess and stress out over it.

Last night my husband and I went swimming. My swimsuit fit differently and I had just the smallest amount of cleavage (but ANY amount at this point to me is exciting!)... Today, I decided to measure again.

Starting measurements:

Top: 29
Across: 29.5
Bottom: 26.5

New measurements:
Top: 30 (+1)
Across: 31 (+1.5)
Bottom: 28 (+1.5)

Instead of being a 32AA I am now a 32A!

As excited as I am, I'm wondering if it's normal for the band measurement to increase like that? I'm still a 32 but the bottom measurement went up 1.5 inches.

I also keep track of other measurements - waist, hips, butt, and weight. My butt also grew, from 33" to just under 34.25", has anyone else noticed that kind of growth? I've only gained about 1lb. I am trying to gain weight; I am at 96lbs right now so am still underweight. I started at 90lbs in December 2009 - this is how difficult it is for me to gain weight, such a fast metabolism! So I am very happy that I am two months into my BB program and am seeing growth.

I will post a new photo on my photo page later tonight, as soon as I take one. My husband and I are celebrating my growth with a lobster dinner - I hope it's not the monthly swell but if it is I hope it stays!

Thank you for reading, and good luck in your programs!
