I actually don't know how long you should spend on the massages I usually do:
Pink Top: 3 reps
Black Top: 6 reps
White Top: 2 reps
No Top: 2 reps

Check on sharon_lee_family's personal program you should find it on there. Page 5 or 6.
Otherwise, stretch your hand so your four fingers are touching and your thumb is perpendicular (at a right angle) to your other fingers.
Then place your fingers under your arm pit and your thumb near your shoulder blade.
Move your thumb in a motion toward your armpit. Do this for as long as you like

It's less tiring, but I feel it's less efficient too. I tried both and when I'm standing up, it strengthens my arms, I can feel the weight of the breast, and I get a swelling in the end that I've never experienced when massaging in my bed (I did it for about two weeks). I may be wrong but I'd advice not to do it laying down.

And my new measurements are:
Underbust: 29
(-1)
Over bust: 31.7
(-)
Above bust: 32.5
(+0.8)
From the measurement in took a few days ago, this isn't much difference, but from the start I've increased by a whole 0.2 inches so I'm doing alright

My new and improved routine:
Morning:
(After shower) Pink top, Black top, White top and No top massage followed by cocoa butter underneath and on sides of breasts, and Vaseline Intesive Care (with added Vitamin A and E) massaged on to breasts and body
During the day:
Boobster Hypnosis for at least 30 mins
Evening:
Pink top, Black top, White top and No top massage and 10 palm presses
Diet:
Every morning on weekday: a bowl of rice krispies with full-fat milk
Sunday morning: English breakfast- bacon, sausage and egg
Lunch: Usually a bacon panini
Dinner: Whatever my mum decides to cook
I was going to add soy milk to my diet, but I tasted it and it just tasted like, I don't even know, nuts or plant? Either way I didn't like it

I'm steadily realising that my body hasn't actually finished puberty yet.
My mum only now made me aware that at my age, she was skinnier than me and could go out without a bra on and nobody would notice. It was only when I came along that she actually had some breasts. (She's a C now). I've never had trouble with my weight and I've always been quite slim (UK 6/8) but unlike my mum most of my weight is muscle for some unknown reason :S
I'm deciding to carry on with NBE but not too expect any drastic results. Genetic rules over NBE right?
