Hi everyone, I have been browsing these threads and others for quite some time now and finally decided to post. A little about me I am 23 years old, 5'4'' 130 lbs and a 34 B. I have thought a long time now about starting NBE but really am confused about where to begin. I have thought about starting out with just Fenugreek and Wild Yam along with the chi massage to see where that gets me. Larger breasts would be great, but if anything I would really just like mine to become firmer and more round. I do have a question though. What are the benefits of taking certain herbs multiple times a day over taking just one breast enhancement pill that contains a lot of the same herbs once a day?

Hey katz Welcome and good luck!

If you want your breasts to be rounder I would definately recommend breast massage especially the chi massage and also for firmness, chest exercises like palm presses, they also help lift your breasts. I can't really help you much on the pills, but fenugreek has been beneficial for a lot of people on here
