Well have been on NB and UB for about a week and a half now. Starting out at a small 34B. Have noticed some "fullness" and just started to feel tingles and small "pains" in both breasts. Hopefully this is a good sign!
Not posting any pics until probably a month in. Would like to see some differences in pics before I do....

Good Luck. Pictures are the worst I think. I started everything but fenugreek the last week of March. I started fenugreek the 4th of April. I don't see a difference in the pics, but my husband sees a difference. I keep taking them, hoping once there is a big difference, it will be noticeable. Good Luck with your program!!!
