I'm new here and after stalking theses boards I decided to go wtih PM after the herbs made me feel so weird. So now I'm looking into buying ro-bust and blossom-s soap although the uk brands looks tempting price wise.. I think it might be easy to gain some growth since my metabolism isn't extremely fast.

My current program consists 2 a day Farmed cultivar capsules and 30 minutes of chi rotations 2x daily with purafem Which leaves my boobies sore! though I'm not sure it's from the cream I haven't heard much from the product.. I also plan on using noggleberry once it gets here, hopefully that will give me the boost I need =)

So my question is from anyone's personal experience which of the two brands, uk or ro-bust, has worked better? I have a tight budget so I cant exactly go for the anne-selene or bella products.

im not sure exactly what u mean but r u taking pm?

When buying pm things to look for are
-pure pm caps(not mixed with anything)
-farmed
-mg per cap and recommended amount of caps per day(useful to know price wise eg if u gotta take 4caps p/d the bottle wont last long)

And you shouldnt use other phytoestrogens with pm b/c it can reduce the amout of pm(stronger herb) getting to your estrogen receptors.

I chose ainterol pm because they are reasonably cheap on some sites
And they are 500mg caps 2 pd 100 caps per bottle aswell they are pure farmed pm

Ro-bust (siriporn) is believed to be very good. Its main ingredient is Pueraraprem which is really high quality. I'm not using it yet because I started with St.Herb products (I ordered both Ro-bust and St.Herb at the same time but St.Herb arrived first). I am doing 3 months on St.Herb and then 3 months on Ro-bust just to see if there's any difference.

Having read the reviews here I couldn't make up my mind about what would work better. You probably know already the rule of NBE - what works for some might not work for others. So it's all trial and error. I intend to write here about my results. So far St.Herb is good, I already see some significant growth. What I don't like about St.Herb is that the pills contain someother herbs ("tropic plants"), not just PM. Their cream contains parabens and is rather thick on skin. The dosage they recommend is very high, I reduced it.

yes I am taking pm, its the farmed cultivar from siriporn I got off of deb from ebay, although I am curious if I can take pm as a topical and take bovine ovary capsules. (I read somewhere that's fine) I guess there's so many things to take for NBE I wanna try them all lol.

As far as the purafem cream I am taking the ingredients are:

pueraria mirifica extract
polysorbate 20,
hammelis virginiana extract (witch hazel extract),
nicotinamide,
hamamelis virginiana (witch hazel) extract,
sodium hyaluronate,
centella asiatica extract,
panax gingseng root extract,
butylene glycol (and) water and palmitoyl hydroxypropyl trimonium amylopectin/glycerin crosspolymer (and) phenoxyethanol (and) ascorbic acid (and) hydrogenated lecithin.

Idk if all those other ingredients are normal or not..

I thought I read somewhere that ainterol was wild. how are they working for you?

Ainterol PM has worked very well for me. I have been taking it for about 9 months now. The most common derider of it as well as other brands is carlaa who works for one of the manufacturers and won't say which. If you put them on ignore, you will avoid this kind of misinformation.

I'll look into ainterol since it's pretty cheap on eBay.. after looking through posts from this site as well as the old one its hard to tell which company is legit since each product has gotten bashed my some ppl..

Yeah carlaa does seem to know a lot, maybe its part of a scam Idk, but she does have a rather brute way of talking to other women on the forum.
