Can someone please tell me how long to be on phytoestrogens for and how long to cleanse or take a break from phytoestrogens?
I'm thinking you can use phytoestrogens continually for 6 months, and then take a break...maybe 1 month and then continue for another 6 month...am I right or close?
Also what substances do you personally use to cleanse? Milk thistle, I3C...etc
