I just registered on this forum becuase i've always been intrested in increaseing my breast size and hearing others opinuns on it. I have been on a website called BreastActives which is ment to be a herbal breast enlargement product. I would love to know if anyone has tried it and if any results came
about after useing it.

Just some brief info about me: I am 16 years old with the bra size of 32E-F, although my breasts are still kinda small. With this size can the herbs or product which I stated above still work on the breasts? and if not what are the best herbs for increasing breast growth?

You may feel that your breasts are small but at 16 your body is still going through puberty. You need to hold off for a few years until your body has stopped growing naturally as any attempt to increase your bust size with medication, herbal or chemical, may actually affect further growth. Don't pressure yourself into getting quick results because your peers have larger breasts, read through the forum, study the information available elsewhere and then in a few more years, if you are still unhappy, look at the options available.

There are at least a couple of people here who got results with Breast Actives, but there were quite a lot who didn't get results with it. I would say the success rate of that product is not too high.

Seriously? 16 years old with a bra size 32E-F? You cannot be serious about wanting to increase your size, AT 16, with boobs THAT big already. Why would you want to?[/font]

@ lora: I read your reply and I understand why you reacted this way. I already do know that 32E-F is a very good size for me at my age and im very glad to have what I was gifted.

I dont have low confidence or anything like that it's just that if I want to try to change anything about myself the only thing it would be is the chest area and there's no way I would try brest argumentation, so this would be the other step to take to achive this result. 32E-F is a medium-large size but when it comes to the body and how they look for real it can have different view point's. :}


@SamT: Thank you for your reply, once I read it I thought about it for awhile and at this moment of time it would not be best to try any herbal pills since my body is still going though puberty. I plan to join a gym for the first time so maybe once I worked out my view's could change, then at 20-21 years if I still feel definate about doing herbal breast enlargement then I could try it.

@Zu Che: I think your right on that, I checked the main website and did some research it seem's to only work for a few ladies in my opinun so best not to buy something that you dont feel really sure in

IMO that's not medium at all. IMO there's no point to going above 32D-E on a slender woman. It should be no wonder most people didn't get results on those pills though, they contain about 1/4-1/2 of a minimal amount.

If they don't look right b/c they need lift or don't stick out enough or etc. then try fish/fish oil, copper, MSM, vitamin D, pectoral exercises and good posture for support. All of these may be safely done now.

aaaww dw i understand sameish bra size but im 19 n i know what u mean my goal is to have noticably big boobs because on my figure they do look medium n actually im pretty slim uk 6/8, medium height but i cant really describe why they dont look as big as the size on most girls but i guess its my frame it goes from wide boney shoulders then narrowish ribs lil waist then wide hips.
Also dont feel put down by nbe at your age using the right ways u have a big advantage over most of us!

Atm the best thing u can do for bigger boobs is to not use any phyto estrogen herbs because ur still producing higher levels of ur own estrogens so you'd be blocking up your estrogen receptors with herbs(which arent as effective as real thing)
But you can try these safe alternatives
-protein shakes
-up your growth hormones with some multi amino acid supplements(buy from most health food stores)
-healthy diet no caffene or alcohol or smokes.
-massage regularly
-try breast exercises
-hypnosis/subliminals: rockmelon ringtone, blake talks or boobster on www.xtrememind.com(some people find they really work and at your age should work even better)
-you could try a noogleberry pump(expensive but they seem super effective)

Hope this kinda help but yh anything but herbs at ur age cause u have higher amounts of the natural stuff for at least another couple years yet.

But to answer your question i gained over 2 inches with breast success(similar product) in a month but i know iv already stopped puberty a long time ago LOL

I agree completely. It is not recommended for people under age 20 to take herbs and medicine for breast enhancement as it could throw their changing hormones out of balance. You're still growing right now. Wait a few years before you try these methods. Some effective alternatives to herbs is breast massage. This is something you could do that might help you achieve the growth you want without the risk of messing up your young hormones.
