Now you are taking herbs? How is it going? Do you feel any growing pains?

Yeah, I'm taking FG/WY/SP + fennel/hops/licorice root mixed with instant soy milk powder and sometimes add soy powder (nastiest of nastiest). Also massage with boobie batter (1 teaspoon each of olive oil, 3 capsules of evening primrose oil (equivalent to 1 tsp) and 1 tsp of fenugreek extract. 20 min massage + 300 chi rotations. Noogling for 2-3 hours a day, and eat boobie food, lots of greens, drink chicken feet broth. +4000mg MSM, multivitamin, 1 tbsp flaxoil. LOTS of work, OMG. Husband says I'm boobie obssessed. And the thing is he doesn't care whether it gets bigger or not. Still favors the bigger right side

Yes, I've been having pains with the herbs mostly in the morning. The thing is I don't really pay attention to pains. All I know is I would be on the same measurements for weeks then all of a sudden I'l move upwards in 1/4" increment. Slow and sleady. I'm on my third week of the above herb program and still measures around 35" (down from 35.25" before period). Too early for me to tell if this new herb program is working.

When I first took PM, I really had the stabbing pains in the first two weeks I took them. Too bad, I wanted to continue with PM. My hair is shiny/bouncy, and skin looks great (have that glow like when I was pregnant) when I was taking PM. No water retention, bloating, weight gain or hair or energy loss either and I felt great on PM. Looking at my records, I started noogling 2/7/11. I added PM 2/16/11 measuring 34" with 2 mg pills a day, and stopped 4/9/11 at 6 mg a day measuring at 35.25". So, I grew with PM combined with 20 min massage, chicken feet broth, boobie food and 2-3 hours of noogling daily. When I first took PM, I wanted to see if it would take me from 34" to 36".

I'll definitely go back to taking PM capsules but this time would only take 2mg a day. ANd then I will add PM cream for massage. I'll do this after I finish the herb program above (I bought 3 month supply from Greenbush), and take break/cleansing, and go back totry PM again.

Why did you stop taking PM if you liked what it did for you?
Because the period?
Everyday that passes by...I want more and more to try the PM.
Since I started taking BO I started getting really bad acne on my face! Everyone said to me that once I had nice skin on my face...and that now my face got worse.
So I don't know...maybe I have to much Estrogen? I should check it up on google...If I have to much of that hormon...I then need Progesteron cream with the PM.

Did you check your testosterone levels? Bad acne is often caused by testosterone so I'm sure it will clear up once you start PM. One thing I notices after just a few days using MiroHealth was that my skin good really smooth and soft and it has stayed that way ever since but I must also say I never tried BO and don't even know what it is unless it's Barack Obama hehe and he would give you acne for sure

For the record, I didn't take the PM from this site. I took the cheap PM in pink bottle from thanyaporn.com. This is the same one that Philli from noogleberry forum took to get to a 34E I think from 34B (not sure exactly but somewhere in that range and she could be 36 band) combined with noogling or pumping for 5 years. She started with 4 mg for 3 months, rested for a month, then took 2 for the duration, and eventually to 1mg/day when she reached her size goal. She took PM and noogled at the same time. If I'm not mistaken, she took a month break for every 3 months of taking PM.

I only knew about this site from a post here and I emailed them to ask how many mg for breast enlargement purposes, and co. above responded with 2 mg a day. I'll purchase from this company when I do try PM again in the future.

OK, then it is the same brand I purchaised from, Siriporn. Actually, I bought both - St.Herb (pills and cream) and Siriporn (pills, cream, serum and soap). Now I use St.Herb, one tube of cream lasts for one month exactly. Pills I take only until 1-2 days before ovulation. St.Herb cream is really thick, and the pills contain other herbs, not just PM and I don't like that. Though if I compare to my growth on BO the difference is dramatic, really. I also noogle but not every day and only half an hour. When I was taking BO I was also noogling in the same manner but didn't have such results.

One more month on St.Herb and then I will switch to Siriporn. Their pills are just pure high grade PM though they are much cheaper.

Are you sure about the dosage? Probably you meant 400mg, 200mg, so on? St.Herb pill contain 200mg. I took two a day.

I really got to do something wtih my acne! it's getting worse.
That will be interesting to find out that I have high levels of testosterone ..
I don't have a high sex drive.

It's amazing how many such companies there are out there, no address, no real companies, Dormant companies... Whom to blame if anything goes wrong? MADE IN USA? I would say MADE IN CHINA!!

Frankly speaking and jokes aside. You're far better off with what you use now and stay safe. It's only a few companies in Thailand that sell PM products which is safe. Please don't gamble with your health...

eva_bs. You can also order them online and it's called "saliva hormone testing kit". If you buy from US, they send to Israel, you do the test and send it back to them where you get the answers online or via e-mail.

Eva_bs, it could be anything, you can also get acne if you're estrogen dominant, have elevated progesterone as well as testosterone and million other things. Blood test is the answer. Are there reproductive health centers in Israel? How do doctors treat infirtility for example?

Btw, after being on BO for three months I had increased testosterone which was also quite surprising for me. BO stimulates your ovaries to produce more hormones. Guess where testosterone is produced in female body. If going to a doctor is absolutely out of question then you can do basal temperature charting. It will give you an idea what kind of disbalance you have. I also trust saliva tests (have read about them in Dr.Lee's book) but my Gyn is laughing at this kind of tests

I check my morning temp everyday. that's my BC I don't take the pill.
How can I know from that?
I know that my body temp in the morning got much lower then it was before I started taking BO.
It gets to 36.33 in the morning (and that's after I ovulate)...
So I don't know what that means?

EvaKo, I'm sorry if what I'm going to say offends you but I mean it in a good way. There's so much fraud in NBE, we all get fooled sometimes. Any of the companies can be telling us lies, how should we know? You are so obvious with pushing anne-selene products. Do you even take them? Where is your program page? What is you own experience in details?

I chose St.Herb and Siriporn after having read almost any thread in the archived forum. There were many women who grew very well on both of them. They had very detailed posts describing their routines, supplements, results (which were ups and downs sometimes).

While all you're telling us is that anne-selene products are good. Maybe they are but I havent' met any PM user here except you that was praising one product and making other brands look bad.
