My Program (PM)

#1

I was planning to post my program once I have seen some growth and today the measuring tape has confirmed that I have grown around 0.5":-) I did think that I saw some difference but I was very surprised that it was actually measurable.

My stats:

Age: 30
Children: 1 (breastfed for 9.5 months)
Under-bust: 28"
Bust: 30" (has now gone up to 30.5"Wink)
Bra Size: 32AAA
Goal: My breasts did not grow during pregnancy and only went to 34AA during breastfeeding. I hope that I can overgrow this size but would be happy to at least go back to the shape/size I had whilst breastfeeding. Ideally, I would like a B or a C cup which all other women in my family seem to have.

I started NBE three months ago. I initially took herbs but started producing a little bit of milk, got scared that the herbs were doing the wrong job (since they are also used to increase milk supply and I only stopped breastfeeding in January) and switched to the PM cream. I dropped the herbs slowly and still have not finished taking SP since it helped me to clear my skin and I am terrified that my acne will come back. I am therefore planning to continue taking a small dose of SP for another couple of weeks.

My program:
PM cream x 3 times a day
1x320 mg SP extract
2x600 mg calcium
1xmultivitamin
4x750 mg collagen capsules with a glass of orange juice (for vitamin C) before going to bed (I am planning to switch to gelatin powder made of collagen and will be ordering MSM shortly)
20xpush-ups and stretches
1xtiger lily's massage in the evening
I am on yasmin birth control

I have now been using the PM cream for almost 6 weeks and have always had growing pains which got stronger once I added collagen to my program. My nails have gotten stronger, my hair is shiny and long and my skin is clear. I definitely feel more feminine alreadyBig Grin. Will post once I see further changes.

Hi Luisa! Congratulations on your growth and good luck with your program! Have you considered adding NB? And also apply heating pad after massage, it helps. And maybe PC after a few months (it will sentsitize estrogen receptors in breast tissue.

Producing milk has to do with high prolactine, probably you were taking fennel or fenugreek?

Good program, however are you increasing dosage of SP slowly, that is a low dose.

Also have you tried fenugreek?

@Ginie: Thanks for the advice! Being a working mom of a one-year old I do not think I would have any spare time for a NB... As regards the herbs, I initially took goats rue, fenugreek and saw palmetto and the first two were also used by me to increase my milk supply whilst breastfeeding so they must have been the cause of me producing milk again. The second part of tiger lily's massage must have also helped as this is when I was squeezing the milk. I have eventually divided the "clawing" part of the technique into two using the thumbs first. Thanks for the tip about the heating pad, I will try that. I was thinking about adding progesterone cream and wanted to ask your advice about it. How would you combine it with PM cream, would you use it in the second half of the cycle only and do you think I should decrease the amount of PM cream I use when using the PC?
@GorgeousBlonde: I initially tried fenugreek, goats rue, saw palmetto as well as wild yam cream before I switched to PM but started producing milk....so I had to stop. I used to take up to 3x320 mg capsules of SP but was advised not to take the herbal supplements with PM so I am kind of planning to stop using it soon.

PC cream can be used not only on breasts, while PM cream you apply only to your brests/chest area. So, you apply PM cream (your own dosage) on thighs, for example, or neck or lower back once a day, and PM cream as you usually do. I sometimes apply PC cream on breasts directly (was recommended by one of those doctors for breast enlargement, I gave the links in my program somewhere).

I was also wondering if I could use both at the same time. Of course there's no study done on the subject (surprise surprise). I was just trying to think - progesterone is imprtant for breast development as well as estrogen (actually, prolactine is too). One is responsible for fat storage in breast area and another one is for development of the lobes, ducts and so on. So in my opinion they are not conflicting but rather helping together. Don't quote me on that though Wink that's just my thinking out loud! Smile

Besides, PM cream doesn't have a systemic effect, it means it will not mess your hormonal balance by adding estrogen in luteal phase when progesterone should be high, not estrogen.

Thanks, Ginie! I am thinking of using wild yam cream (since a I have a tube of this at home) instead of the PC cream at least until I get the PC cream. Here is a link to an interesting article written by someone who used wild yam cream (she says that it is a natural form of progesterone) during the second half of her cycle to raise her progesterone levels. Guess what, her breasts grew as a side effect (she did apply the cream directly on her breasts as well though)Wink Looking at my tube of the WY cream it seems to be used for the same purposes as the progesterone cream so hopefully it will help me to raise my progesterone level during the second half of my cycle (I am on birth control so I suppose I will have to use from day 15 to 28 of the cycle):

Luisa.....I haven't breastfed since my son was about 9 months old. He just turned 2, and I noticed while taking herbs, that I was producing a small supply of milk as well. Not enough to feed a baby, but noticeable.

I also agree with Ginie.....when I took too much Saw Palmetto the tingling went away. When I went back down to 450mg a day, the growing increased. I believe some Progesterone is needed for breast growth.

Keep up the good work, and progress. I wish you luck!

I am on my third cycle of PM at the moment. It looked like all the fullness was gone though I also lost some weight and am finally back to my pre-pregnancy weight and have a flat stomach again. My skin and hair got worse. Perhaps it was all due to stress, I am not sure. My skin and hair are already getting better and I think I see more fullness again.
I have added a few more supplements to my program:
MSM 7-8 g with approx 2g of Vitamin C
Collagen was replaced with gelatin 5-7 g with 1-2 g of Vitamin C taken before bed
L-Argninine 1 g before bed
Sheep placenta 800 mg
I now use progesterone cream during the second half of the cycle
I am taking 320 mg of SP extract as it clears my skin
And I also do skin brushing, however, I do not seem to have any fat to transfer at the moment
