Raw's thread (finally :))- A/AA cup to a B/C

Got my period today, a day early. Felt some aches today for a minute but they were sharp enough for me to know they were definitely aches.

Cycle 4, day 2:
I had some aches in my right breast. I'm currently taking 4 BO a day. I actually think varying my BO dosage throughout my cycle is working for me.

No aches these past few days and my breasts have shrunk back to what they were on cycle 2. They're still slightly bigger than what I started with imo. I am purchasing a 4.5 month supply of BB pills from lled34AA. I will do 7 cycles of generic BO, then I will take a 2 months break and then do 9 months of BB.

I'm kind of frustrated with my lack of progress and aches. I know it's only the 4th month but they still seem so small and normal sized breasts seem so much bigger than mine. I was substitute teaching for middle school and most of the girls had bigger breasts than me. I really don't know why my breasts are so small. Everyone in my family is soo big. It's just ridiculous.

have you tried heating pad in conjunction with massages? i heard this will get blood flowing into your boobs and also will deliver all the supplements and hormones you're taking into them helping them grow.

i'm trying this myself. so far, no growing pains but the boobies are sore when i touch them... maybe it's a sign something is happening.

I don't have a heating pad but maybe I will look into getting one. I really need to be more persistent with massage.

No aches or pains this month except in the very beginning. I just want to get to a full A at this point. I've already bought milk thistle in preparation for my cleanse. I will begin my cleanse in mid September after 7 cycles. I won't resume NBE until January. I just don't want to deal with NBE during the semester. I have 3 cycles left before my cleanse so fingers crossed that I will get some results.

hi raw,

I noticed that I would seem to 'grow' and then decrease in measurement and so forth. On the whole though, I slowly increased despite the dips.

In terms of aches and pains, are you taking protein drinks and eating lots of protein throughout the day? My naturopath advised to eat protein at every meal. Also, make sure you are not eating refined sugar, as that will increase your androgen levels.

I also found that when I take collagen I get more aches and pains.

If you are stressed from studying then that will impact adversely on your progress. So don't put too much pressure on yourself to grow breasts. Just focus on your studies, once the exams are gone you can focus on breast growth!

Also as lled mentioned about heat, and getting the blood flowing. Just dancing around in your room will help with that too, or going for a fast walk. I noticed that when I do exercise after taking BO and protein I often get aches and pains in my breasts.

So an update. I stopped my program about a month ago. It was just too difficult to maintain as my mom doesn't like me taking pills and I had to spend so much time at home. Also I had so much stress with exams that I haven't really been consistent in taking my pills since about the 3rd month. Another problem was that I lost my DIM pills after moving out after the end of the semester and I think I was showing signs of estrogen dominance. I almost never break out and when I do it just 1-3 pimples here or there but I had this weird breakout all over my forehead in the month or so before I stopped my program. Also, my breasts would be sore for more than a week before I would have my period. I read that sore breasts are a sign of progesterone deficiency. Of course women usually experience breast tenderness a few days before menstruation as progesterone levels fall but I thought 8-9 days was too long to be experiencing tenderness. Imo, I think it was a sign of estrogen dominance. It seems that most women experience symptoms of estrogen dominance after taking a lot of BO.

I do think I've had a little permanent growth. I tried on a push up bra 2 weeks ago that I hadn't tried on in 4 months or so and it fit much differently. My mom has commented on my breasts looking bigger several times throughout my nbe process and she doesn't know what I'm taking the pills for. Even if the size hasn't changed, I definitely have more fullness on top and in the cleavage area. The change is slight but I can notice it and it makes me happy. However I've lost a bit of weight in the last few weeks so my breasts have shrunk a bit. My waist is down to 25.5".

As for future plans...I purchased 4.5 months of BB pills from lled34AA and will resume my program around December. My best friend is going to do a nbe program with me. I think this time I will definitely get a hormone test done first. I have a suspicion that I suffer from either estrogen dominance or progesterone deficiency.

I'm just really stressed about school. I'm hoping to get into a top 10 physics program and even though my math grades are really good, my physics grades aren't the best so it's really what I'm focusing on now.

Hi raw!
How much have you grown on BO in the 9 months you were taking it?
Do you think BB will give you better results? Just curious, cause I am on BO too.

Well I haven't been on BO for 9 months. I think you're thinking of girlfriday who has. I've been on it since late February and I stopped in mid to late July so that's like 5 months. Like I said I haven't been consistent with the supplemental pills and I think that makes a difference. I only took BO for the last month when I think I really needed to take DIM and msm as well.

It's hard to say how much growth I've had as I never really measured. When I did initially measure I got wildly different results each time so I didn't think measuring was going to be very accurate for me. I've attached some pics. It's hard to see the difference but my bras fit differently and I definitely feel more sponginess in the middle.
