Hey MydreamisaGcup or anyone else that knows, what brand ainterol PM did you buy.. I went to one site and it has a pueraria mirifica-D what is the D.. other sites dont have D after it..

Ainterol IS the brand. Their product name is Pure-D usually in 500 mg caps. This is the site I have purchased from in the past:

I used the PM cream from Ainterol (two tubes so far) but have been mainly using the capsules. I do think it helped as I was using it (the PM cream) primarily on my smaller breast which is now pretty close to the size of the (formerly) larger one.

The last time I ordered, I got the bulk PM powder and filled capsules myself. The bulk PM itself is about half the price of buying it already in caps, but you also have to figure in the cost of a manual capsule filler (available on amazon along with empty capsules) and the time it takes to fill them. I have found the process fairly easy to master and don't mind the extra time it takes to fill a hundred or so capsules at a sitting.

I have also have one smaller (my left), think about this if you use your right hand for writing, etc.. the muscle is working more and more circulation, so I am thinking along with the extra massaging use the left arm/hand more too.. Well I have a good feeling about the ainterol PM been hearing alot of good things. Has your smaller boob size stay or was it just swelling and if it did stay how long did it take for it to size up to the other one..hehe.. How long have you been taking PM and other than the one boobie have both gotten bigger yet..

Good idea of the bulk.. I have a link to a site that sells empty caps geltin or veg for good price and they sell bulk herbs etc but no PM I asked today..

And loving it my much rounder bigger boobies, it did even the shape out between them as before(i dont think my pic show) my left was rounder and my right was 'squarer', wall push ups or excercising weaker side can also help even out shape/size.

I also take 10g of arginine(amino acid) before bed to increase growth hormone(also help growth stay) but this works best on younger upto 30yr. GABA is meant to work well on anyone older.
Permenance of pm is better the longer u take it(at least a year) either at full or maintenance dose depending when you reach your goal.

Hi, I'm new to this forum and new to the whole NBE Program. I just started taking PM from Stherb Cosmetics. (www.stherb.com) Which one have heard or used to take this brand? am not sure for the effective and this is the first time I decide to take PM, but I had seen the comment that it's good from some website post forum. Someone please help me or if you have another brand to advice. Thank you.

Yes I workout the smaller more too and massage it more and it is working, thank you for the tip of GABA will to that I am 47. I have been taking the PM by solgar until and I believe it or not I have been doing something right, I just ordered PM from the site above. I think I am going to have good results. I think part of my results will be gaining back my weight too. Before I lost my weight I was a nice 36c/d and just want it back. I have aleast 10 more pounds to put on if not a little more.. As for you spelling..haha get me at anytime to spell right.... but mornings yep..one eye open typing..

Lenka PK, I take St.Herb, cream (regular) and capsules, I like it so far. Next month I'm switching to Robust (Siriporn) though. Not because I don't like St.Herb but just to experiment with it as I have read so much positive feedback in the old forum.
