Hi Wahaika! I need help! Ive been browsing these forums for months now and have bought a Nature Way herbs. I started taking some last week but noticed I was having acne. So im not sure what I should be taking and how much.

Breasts: 34A-B (depends on bra)
Age:25
Kids: 3 children, only my first breastfed
Weight: 148
