Male perspective? Does that mean you’re here in support of a friend and not active in NBE yourself? If so, that really nice of you not may people would do what you are doing and the support you are giving will probably lead your friend to success, someone else cheering your corner makes the goal that bit more achievable. And if you are interested for you this is a fantastic source of information. We have a section specifically for biological males it can help tailor a program best suited to you.
