Were to start .....

My Basics:

Im 24
5'9
size 8/10
about 9 to 9 1/2 Stone
32A ish

i say ish as majority of the time theres gaps in my bra, i stumbled across this site while clearly looking for a natural way to increase my boob size and the time scale isnt an issue ive not had till now a few months wont hurt.
Ive been scouring the pages for help and it's all confusing me so im going to start small and basic and i'm happy to listen to any suggestions and tips

Jun the club of confusion but the more you read, ask questions, listen to your body and gut, and trail and error..it will slowly happen maybe fast or maybe slow..but your smart to start with the basics..IMO I would start out with diet,supps.. then read some more, then do some changes along the way..I changed mine alot well too much but had too, actually coming to a plan that I can stick to.. I so far for diet cut most sugar, most carbs, stick to protein and veggies.. Others on here can give more details of foods do's and donts of food..I just ate and my brain is in blank mode..
