Me too (: I know nothing about progesterone creams whatsoever. Also, when should they be used. If I'm on PM should I only use them on the 2nd half of my cycle?

Yesterday I was reading Ginies program the one that saying something like start BO ( I know BO was in the title), go to post #32 or 33 that is where she talks about progesterone also.

OK.. here it is but I would recommend reading the whole thread alot of good info...

I was told by Wahaika who is a herbalist and an NBE specialist on this forum to only use the PC if I have a progesterone deficiency. If you have a deficiency than the cream is applied during the luteal phase, i.e. after the ovulation when the progesterone levels rise. You can check progesterone defiency symptoms online. If you chart your waking temperature it will help you to determine if you have ovulated already as not everybody ovulates on the same day of the cycle. The luteal phase is generlally the last 12 to 16 days of your cycle but can be as short as 10 days for some people.
