I have been lurking around here for about two weeks, studying and figuring out what to get. I decided to get the contoured domes, i'm a 34B. i reached 36C when nursing my 2nd son, but 10 years later and 20 lbs lighter i lost what little of that i had. i do however still have the leftover space to fill so i am going to start with this before i take any herbs or anything. i do want to know if when i start this is there anyway to prevent my nipples from growing? i do not want them to get any larger.

Tape your nipples down, then. There are silicon nipple cover that can be purchased. Also some people use items found around the house to achieve the same objective e.g cotton rounds ....
