journey from a 34AA

#71

I know what you mean about waking up with pain in the morning. I felt the same way during the first few months after giving birth when I was breastfeeding so it is sounds like you were producing quite a bit of milk.
Do you mind me asking why you have decided to add goat's rue to your programme and how quickly you saw improvement once you started taking GR?
In theory you should have even better growth after a few months of using PM. I think what you are experiencing now is a very good start. I felt like I was stalled this month, which was my second month of taking PM internally, as I felt almost no soreness at all. All of a sudden the soreness is now back and my breasts look slightly bigger and rounder so fingers crossed.

i've been taking goat's rue almost exactly a month now. the reason i started taking it in the first place was really just a shot in the dark. i've tried so many different methods and brands for NBE and just wasn't getting any results. i read that goat's rue stimulate the mammary glands.. and figured i've been feeding my body phyto-estrogen to no avail, maybe if i "wake up" my glands so to speak, it will respond better to the estrogen i'm taking in. i'm also doing progesterone cream during lutheral phase to re-sensitize my receptor sites to estrogen.

i can't say for certain that goat's rue the reason why i'm finally seeing a difference. it could just be that PM takes a month or two to ramp up... i'm going to continue taking goat's rue though because since this is working for me, i dont' want to mess it up.

what PM brand are you taking? are you only taking pills or also using PM cream/serum?

I had bad experience whilst on PC, all my soreness was gone so I stopped. But I am on bc so I probably get enough synthetic progesterone already. Do you apply the PC directly on your breasts?
I am using PM pills and cream from Biovea. I also take lots of other vitamines and supplements from Ginnie's programme (non-Japanese though) and SP as I have too much testosterone. I would like to hear your review on the nano cream and the Siriporn PM. I was thinking to order these next depending on my progress.
More and more people using PM report great results. Marytay grew from an AA cup so I think we are definitely using the right product. Big Grin I am actually a AAASad

i didn't grow at all while i was doing NBE and on birth control. everyone is different though.

when i do use PC cream (which is about every other day, if that, and only during lutheral phase), i massage the cream directly on my breasts. i use PM cream/serum every day of my cycle. i also have a little bit of natureday cream left and i use that sometimes too.

when i did a blood test a few months back, it showed that i have slightly elevated testosterone. does SP help lower testosterone? isn't SP the herb most girls try to stay away from because many got cellulite from it?

i saw Marytay's photos. her progress/result is AMAZING! i think i might have been an AAA too... i didn't even consider them "breasts"... more like "chest lumps". Sad well now i can definitely see more volume and they look like small "breasts". i'm very happy and i hope it continues. my fear is waking up one day after my period and they all deflate... must think positive though. i'm right around the middle of my cycle and yesterday and this morning by breasts are very sore.

i've tried many many products. i used St Herb breast cream for about 3 tubes before i switched to nano. i'm currently on my second tube of nano. it is VERY expensive. they tell you to massage nano cream twice a day. if i do that, 1 tube only lasts for a week. that's why i'm doing nano in the morning, then Siriporn serum at night. nano cream absorb really really well and only has a very slight scent. it smells good. i use it in the morning because i can massage it on, and wear my bra and don't have to worry about the cream rubbing all over my clothes. the Siriporn serum, however, is like oil! i feel like it doesn't ever completely absorb. i can see the oil on my skin no matter how much i massage. i've also tried the cream from the UK PM brand. i didn't like the smell. the UK PM serum felt like it had A LOT of alcohol... i felt like it evaporates super quick... i don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing. overall, i like the nano cream and am going to continue using it once a day and will keep on looking for a cheaper PM cream to use at night.

i've never heard of Biovea.... how do you like it?

Hi lled,

I don't know about cellulite from SP. But it doesn't lower testosterone. It just blocks DHT from testosterone. That said, it will block nearly all androgen effects, except muscle growth, which reacts to testosterone directly.

Not sure what exactly SP does but I have been on and off it three times and am now confident that it clears my skin. It works like magic on me so I think I am going to continue using it. I also heard that it can cause cellulite but I have had no problems so far.
I am taking L-Arginine which helps to fight cellulite, I think. So hopefully I will be fine.
I like the cream from Biovea. It is just like a moisturizing cream. It absorbs well actually too quickly for a massage so I started using olive oil for a massage. I probably should get the Siriport serum for massagesWink I got lots of growing pains when I used the cream on its own and even more once I added the pills plus there is another user on this site who uses this product and is growing.

thank you isabelle for the clarification. you are like our in house bank of knowledge. haha

i rarely ever get the tingly itchy pinchy growing pains that so many people talk about. what's happening to me in this past month, and especially these past 3 days (i'm in the middle of my cycle) is that my breasts are extremely sore. my nipples are super sensitive. i wore a 34AA push up bra 2 days ago and my breasts were hurting me all day. wearing a regular bra is ok as long as nothing is pressing against the nipples. i don't know why i'm not getting the same growing pains as everyone else, just extreme soreness... makes me wonder if i'm growing or just swelling Huh

luisa, i'm glad you're getting growing pains from Biovea. if it's working for you, and it's not putting a hole in your wallet, i wouldn't switch brands. but yeah, if you're massaging with olive oil, i would suggest you give siriporn serum a try.

It is funny because I was wondering why I never get the soreness just the pains. Unfortunately these pains often turn into nothing. I would probably be a C cup by now if I grew each time I got the tinglesBig Grin
