I thought that this would be a good article to start out with.

THank you so much for that article. I didn't fully understand PCOS until now. In the past 2 months i have gained about 5 pds, all around the middle. I am pretty sure it is simply due to being laid off so i have allowed myslef to get into bad eating habits and almost never work out now, whereas before i worked out 25 mins 2-4 times a week. So I have to get serious with myself, yell at me and get my butt back to life!
Anyways, the article was great!

Wahaika's website is much more extensive than mine, but I just received an e-mail on it today so I felt I should post it up here:

THANK YOU!!!
I've just discovered that my hormone imbalance this whole time was actually called PCOS--and here I was wondering what PCOS is!
That article explained so much, thank you, thank you! I've actually been wondering what might be causing my digestion issues recently, and wasn't sure if it was possible to have insulin resistance without being diabetic. This sure does clear things up. I also detected that I might have a slight zinc deficiency in the beginning of my NBE, and had been taking it in hopes that it might help my NBE. But I had no idea it would help in this way! I just started taking it again recently, so hopefully that will help round me out again and possibly even restart my growth.
This puts a completely different perspective on everything I've been doing this whole time. I've been doing everything exactly right it seems, but wasn't sure as to why it was working so well for me when it didn't work nearly as quickly for others. I can't believe this was my culprit this entire time as to why I never grew breasts on my own.

Wow girl! What a wild revelation I must have given you completely inadvertently. Honest, I wasn't trying to diagnose you with PCOS. I just stated you seemed to have a lot of symptoms that correspond closely with PCOS.
What a happy day that must have been for you! LOL.
OMG. I just realized. If Babakins notices this she's going to start calling me an ovary doctor too! x.x giggle.
I'm not a doctor, honest!
