I'm trying to figure how much I would need to buy, and how much it would cost, if I decide to go with PM for my program. This is their PM powder: http://www.ainterolherbs.com/ainterolspu...-p-55.html
To simplify the question, how long would the bottle last if it were being used for massage only? Of course I'm assuming it's possible to make your own PM cream or oil, but I don't even know if you can or not.

It will last a year if you just gulp the powder down with yogurt:

I have been buying the bulk PM from Ainterol for a while now. The taste, even masked by yogurt is not pleasant; doable but unpleasant, and in my mind ruins fine yogurt. Also the texture is fairly gritty on the tongue. I bought a manual capsule filler from amazon fairly inexpensively, and find it pretty easy to fill my own 500 mg caps. Gel caps are cheap from amazon too.

Just a thought if you don't want to keep dealing with the unpleasant taste and grittiness of bulk PM powder.
