Gimmie a B!

Wink

Hi, everyone! I first found Eve's forum about 4 years ago when I decided to give NBE a try. I'm glad to see it's still going strong! I have received so much great information, support, and encouragement here. Without this site, there's no doubt that I would have tried all the wrong products, not known what I was doing when using them, and inevitably given up on NBE before giving it a good, fair chance. So I just have to give a big "THANK YOU!" to those who make this forum possible and to all the users who are so quick and happy to help each other out. It's like a little family here and I love that!

When I first tried NBE those 4 years ago, I tried basically every method you can imagine - herbs (individual and combined formulas, including PM), massage, hypnosis, magnets, and suction. I had pretty awesome success with Wonder Up in that I grew 1 1/4" in two months! Unfortunately I was only able to take it for about 3 months because I started to experience some negative side-effects due to becoming estrogen dominant, which I naturally am not. In short, I overdid what I was taking. It was after that, that I started giving non-herbal methods a try, like magnets and suction. Magnets were too much of a pain for me, and suction (Noogleberry) seemed to be going pretty well, but when I would use it my face would break out with tiny painful pustules. I went online on the NB forum and posted about this and it seemed no one there had ever experienced that or heard of the problem. But somehow it was altering my hormones and I became tired of my face being spotty and painful so I gave it up, too. There was also a lot going on in my life at that time and I just didn't have the drive to keep up with NBE

Fast forward to the present and I'm in a new relationship with a wonderful man who I love very much. Unfortunately over the last several months I've lost some weight due to some stressful events. I had kept everything I gained previously from NBE but after losing the weight, I lost most of that extra boobage too. I wasn't overweight by any means to begin with, so I lost a lot everywhere when I started losing weight. I realized how unhappy I was with my extremely deflated breasts and started thinking about NBE again. I remembered how much happier I was while doing NBE - how it boosted my self-esteem and how much more at peace I was with my physical appearance. And that wasn't just because I was getting results; it was because I was really getting to know my body and beginning to appreciate myself as I was. It also felt nice to be working in a positive way to change something I wanted changed. We all know how life can throw so many curves at us (no pun intended) and leave us feeling out of control of what's happening to us and around us. I think it's great that we have the power to change this aspect of ourselves if we're not happy about it - and in a healthy way.

History: I'm 28 years old. I have always been very thin and petite, weighing 88lbs when I became pregnant with my son, who is now 6 years old. While nursing for 6 months I was a very full B/small C cup and wore a 34 band size due to weight gain. Normally I'm a 32 band size, so that would have been a full 32C/small 32D had I kept my band size. Pre-pregnancy I honestly don't even know what my true size was. I was always wearing padded bras that were a little too big and I didn't have the right band size. I had to have been a 32AA or possibly even AAA. So that was obviously a lot of growth for me when I began nursing and I have the yucky stretch marks and small, deflated breasts to show for it. Sad But breastfeeding my son was more than worth it and I wouldn't trade it for anything.

Small breasts do not run in my family. Everyone is, at the very smallest, a very full B cup but most are Cs and Ds. However, my mom was always very small - a 34A that I'm not sure if she completely filled that out. Interestingly enough, she had depression/anxiety issues during her "growing" years and into her 20s, which her sisters who are Cs and Ds did not experience. She was also anorexic for a little while during those years and even after that, she had eating issues. I inherited the depression/anxiety issues during my developing years and ended up even smaller than she is. Nice breasts are actually very common in my family. Nice size and shape. Even my 79 year old grandmother has better breasts than me in some ways. No joke. She recently broke her arm and I have been helping her out with things, which has involved helping her get her bra and shirt on. She of course has some sagging going on but not at all to the extent you would expect, and is a very full B cup (was a full C in her younger years). My cousin (first cousin) who has had two babies still has size D cup breasts that most can only achieve through implants. Perfect size and shape. So I believe that I am "capable" of becoming larger, as my mom should have been too.

I am generally in good health. I have been getting sick a lot more frequently over the last two years since my son has started school and brings home all kinds of good stuff. :p I hope to improve that this coming school year by eating healthier and giving my body what it needs. My eating habits are somewhat decent. I'm not a big fan of sweets at all. I will occasionally (rarely) have some chocolate or chips. My biggest vice is fast food. I've been a lot better about that though lately. But I know I need to do some serious work to improve my diet. I'm not real big on caffeine and have pretty much eliminated all caffeinated drinks. I don't smoke and only drink alcohol on occasion. I don't exercise, though I hope to begin some cardio once my son goes back to school.

My goal here is to fill out first and foremost. I want to fill in all that extra skin in order to look better and minimize the look of my stretch marks. Past that, I will gladly take whatever growth comes my way. I would be thrilled with a full B cup and a C would be utterly amazing. I am also trying to get back up to 92-94 pounds, which I feel is my ideal weight range.

Here goes!

I wanted to come up with kind of a rough draft for my program. I don't know any exact amounts yet, and certain aspects of it may change before I actually start it. My period is due in about 10 days so I have some time to do some tweaking.

Here are my stats, though they are not a good baseline reading as my period is coming soon and I know I have some swelling from that and my BCPs. Nothing super drastic though, so I'll post them. I should also note that I only started measuring a little over a week ago. I couldn't find my tape measure before that and unfortunately don't know what I was measuring before starting Beyaz. The best I'll be able to do to get baseline measurements is to measure on the last day of my period, when I had lost all swelling last time. In the week and a half that I've been measuring, I've been consistantly at 30" (aside from a small fluctuation yesterday). My weight, waist, and hip measurements do not fluctuate throughout my cycle so those should remain the same.

Weight: 85lbs
Height: 5'
Waist: 23"
Hips: 33"
Under Bust: 26"
Bust: 30"
Over Bust: 29"
Current Bra Size: 32A (padded)
Birth Control: Taking Beyaz

I tried several of the online bra size calculators and it was hilarious. My results were: 30AAA, 30AA, 30C, 32AA, and the funniest of all - 32C. 32C?! In my dreams. The bras I wear now are 32As and I fill them out very well but I bulge out a little too much at the bottom (from the padding) and don't completely fill out the tops because I have very little tissue above the nipple. I do, however, have quite a bit in the cleavage area. I plan on going to the store one day this week and trying on some 32As and 32Bs - unpadded - to see how I measure up in a bra that doesn't add two cup sizes with all the padding. Rolleyes

* For the past month I have been using my Noogleberry, medium cups. Experienced decent swelling from the first session. First two weeks were pretty sporadic, but I have been doing it regularly now for anywhere from 30-45 minutes, twice a day. Sometimes I'll get a full hour session in there. I've been getting exactly 1" of swelling each time that lasts for a decent amount of time, going down gradually. Over the last few days I've added a moderate massage before noogling, and will be adding a heating pad after.

* My last cycle was my first on Beyaz - I experienced a lot of cramping from day 1, and started spotting about 2 weeks into it, all the way until I got my period. Fortunately I stuck it out and gave it another month. No cramping, no bleeding, and I feel SO much more balanced. Sex drive is very strong. Nails are stronger and longer than ever, as is my hair, due to the folate in the pills. During the first month I experienced loads of pains, soreness, feelings of letdown (milk coming in) and I had substantial swelling. By the time my period was due to come I was tempted to go out and buy a bigger bra. But I just loved the way I was spilling out of mine too much. Big Grin Was disappointed when it all completely disappeared by the last day of my period. Swelling is back this month but I don't think as much as last cycle, and I haven't had as many pains and tingles this time. Still sore though.

* Two nights ago I decided to give Blake Talks a try. I know a lot of people here say the guy is annoying and his grammar gets to them too much to be able to focus, but I was surprised to find that I actually enjoyed listening. There was a lot of rambling at times but I used that as an opportunity for visualization. What I really loved about it was that during the longer, more intense visualization parts, I experienced an intensely strong aching in my right (smaller) breast, along with pains, warmth and tingling. I felt that in my left some as well but not as much. What's interesting about this is that that is exactly how I felt when growing on WU. I did the second session last night but unfortunately waited too late to start it and found myself dozing off during it and wasn't able to focus as intently on the visualization exercises nearly as well. Didn't feel a whole lot going on during that one. I will start doing them earlier. I most definitely believe in the power of the mind over the body and know this can make a difference.

What's interesting to note is that yesterday, the day after doing Blake Talks for the first time, I woke up measuring a 1/4" increase. Around 4:00pm I measured again (I'm trying to get a good idea of fluctuations in my cycle and possible growth) and it was a 1/2" increase. However, at bedtime I measured again and was back to my usual 30", so no lasting increase. It had to have either been due to regular fluctuations due to my impending period, or Blake Talks.

Right now my breasts are very noticeably fuller and more rounded on the bottoms and sides. When I have my arms down at my sides, they actually touch breast! The only problem is that I have no idea whether that is due to any of the NBE stuff I'm doing or whether it's just the BCP. I guess that's something I'm going to have to accept if I'm going to remain on them while doing my program. It may become a guessing game as to what's causing what - and what has the possibility of being retained - throughout my cycle. If I'm not getting any progressive results, I may cut out the BCP.

So far, these are the herbs I'm going to use or are thinking of using:
* Feunugreek
* Fennel
* Hops
* Barley

...Along with these supplements:
* Borage Oil (seemed to make a big difference for me in the past)
* Flaxseed Oil (same)
* NeoCell Super Collegan Plus C - not sure if tablet form or powder?

I'm trying to keep my plan as simple as possible. I will ramp up slowly and stop when I start feeling signs of something going on. With WU I didn't get those feelings or growth until I ovulated so I will hold it at the same level until then to see what happens. I suspect that the Fenugreek lowered my blood sugar levels in the past and caused some problems, and I'm afraid Hops will make me too sleepy. I will try them though and see what happens.

After starting the herbs, I will continue with massage and noogling, and Blake Talks.

Change of plans. At the last minute (well, actually a little past the last minute) I decided to order WonderUp. I had my program of individual herbs all planned out (thanks to Isabelle!) but I just kept getting this nagging feeling that I should try WU again first. Call it intuition, or just simply wanting to go with what worked for me before, but it just felt like the right thing to do. Unfortunately I waited a bit too late to place my order, and I won't be receiving it until a few days after my next period is due to start. That should be this Friday, and the pills probably won't arrive until Monday. Saturday if I'm super lucky. I don't want to have to wait another whole cycle to start, so I'm going to buy Fenugreek and Hops caps to start ramping up with until my WU arrives. (These will probably come in handy later anyway so it won't be a waste of money.)

A few notes on what I've been doing since my last update:
* Added heat a week ago for 10-15 minutes after each noogling session, using heating pad on low heat. Really seems to help maintain swelling.
* Taking more time for massage before noogling - need to increase this even more.
* Have been doing Blake Talks for a little over a week now. Still getting lots of sensations while doing it (and after too).
* Started taking NeoCell Collagen + C tablets
* Started taking Borage Oil (1000mg/day)
* Started taking Flaxseed Oil (1000mg/day)

Progress:
* For the last few days I've been measuring 26" under bust (same), fluctuating between 30 1/4" and 30 1/2" across bust (+1/4" and 1/2"), and 29 1/4" and 29 1/2" above bust (+1/4" and 1/2"). I'm very anxious to see if anything remains after my period starts! I sure don't expect it to, but I know that some of this increase is due to NBE and not just the BCPs or my impending period. I have been having sensations in my breasts that are *not* what I feel from BCPs and are exactly what I felt when getting growth previously from NBE.
* Now for some exciting news! Today I went to Target to try on different bra types, brands, and sizes to see what fit me best. The bras I have now are size 32A and are extremely padded. They give the most awesome cleavage I've ever had. I actually think a 32B in these would be much better for me as I have so much cleavage with them that the inner sides of my breasts are nearly touching, and I've noticed more than once that my nipples are almost not fitting into the cups. Alas, Target no longer carries them. But I'm sure not going to ever complain about a bra being too small, or about growing out of one!

Anyway, I wanted to see if I could fit into unpadded 32As just as well. Most of the bras I tried all had the molded cups for shape, but no padding. And guess what?! Every single 32A I tried on, I filled out completely! In fact, one of them was even too small! The nipple of my left (bigger) breast was actually popping up out of the cup! I had some room to grow in the unpadded 32Bs of course, but my goal feels so much more attainable now! I was afraid I'd be swimming in a non-padded 32A. Just for the heck of it I tried on a padded 32B bra and it was nearly too small. If I were to even swell or grow another 1/2" I would definitely be popping out of it. The 32A was definitely too small. That's so exciting to me. Granted I know that probably most of this "extra" I have right now is due to BCPs and pre-period swelling, but I still know I can reach my goal. Lately I've had very noticeable cleavage and visible push-up when wearing tank tops and dresses that never showed any before. It's so nice.

On a side-note, I noticed that with all the 32A bras I tried on I had to hook it on the very first hooks, which tells me I probably really am a 30 band size right now. That's what the nearly all the bra calculators told me I am, and that makes sense when you do the whole "take your under bust measurement and add 4, but it just didn't seem right to me at the time. It does make sense now though. Unfortunately there's really nowhere here I would be able to find a 30 band size bra I don't think... Plus I expect my underbust measurement to increase a little as I started gaining some weight. How awesome would it be to say that I'm a 30B right now though! And when I'm done with NBE, I could be a C or D cup! I know it makes no difference, it just sounds better. Big Grin

That's all for now!

I'm feeling a bit discouraged. My period started this last Friday. I was so excited to start my herbs! I took one fenugreek (610mg) as soon as I noticed I'd started (around noon), felt fine with that, and took another at night. All was well. Then the next day, since I was still feeling great, I took one FG in the morning, a hops (310mg) in the afternoon, and another FG at night. Unfortunately, after I took the first hops, I developed a mild headache. Thought it would go away, as mild headaches aren't uncommon during my period, but it only got worse. I also felt very "out of it" and sedated. I know those are normal side-effects of hops, but I couldn't believe that just 310mg of it hit me that hard, especially when I've taken it before. I took another FG that night. I was feeling much better the next morning, so to test it out I repeated the same dosage. One FG in the morning (felt fine after), a hops in the afternoon, and another FG at night. Sure enough, the headache and general feeling of weirdness came back within the same amount of time of taking the hops as the day before.

My WonderUp arrived yesterday (Monday). I had already taken one FG in the morning, so I took one WU in the afternoon and one before bed. I developed a headache again later at night but it wasn't as bad as it was with just the hops, so that's good. And this time I was able to get rid of it by taking Ibuprofen. (The headaches before couldn't even be alleviated with pain meds.) So far today I've taken one WU in the morning and I feel pretty much normal, albeit a little bit sleepy. If I don't get a headache by early evening, I will take 2 WU. If I do get one, I'll only take one. If it all works out, I think I will leave it at taking 4 pills/day for the first month. I grew last time by alternating between 4 and 5 pills per day, and I'm trying to be careful not to overdo it. So hopefully 4 will do the trick. Once I ramp up to 4 pills per day I will come back to post my "official" program.

I've been hoping this is just my body adjust to the herbs but this has never happened before. I'm worried that it has something to do with the combination of herbs and birth control pills. If this continues to be a problem I won't resume with the BCPs next month. I'm not taking them for actual birth control purposes. Speaking of that, I should also note that it seemed my period was over last night, but today I have a bit of spotting again. Really hoping it's not due to the herbs and BCPs. I definitely don't want spotting all month. If it continues, I will have to stop taking the WU until my next period.

Now on to the good news... As of yesterday (which typically is my smallest day), I was measuring bigger! I can tell I've lost some fullness of course but they've kept some of it, and kept a better shape.

Under bust: 26" (same)
Across bust: 30 1/4" (+1/4")
Above bust: 20 1/2" (+1/2")
Hips - 33" (same)
Waist - 23" (same)

I'm so hoping that I can continue taking WU this month. I've been feeling a little light tingling and some random pains. Nothing too thrilling yet, but the first time I took WU I didn't feel the real good stuff until after I'd ovulated so I'm anxious to see what happens then!

I decided I would update at the end of every week for the first month since I'm things are already happening.

I have ramped up to 4 WU tabs per day. The first day that I took four, I took two in the morning and two at night. That day I felt a lot going on - lots of pains, aches, tingles, etc. I did get a little bit of that yucky feeling that night so the next day I spaced the four tabs apart throughout the day. I also added in a new "Stress B-Complex" supplement in the late afternoon. For whatever reason, I didn't feel nearly as much going on that day. So today I've repeated what I did that first day I took 4. I would say I'm feeling more but still not as much as I did that first day. I'm feeling mostly pains and some aching, but no tingling. However, I stayed up last night to watch the meteor shower and didn't get to bed until 3am and didn't sleep in very late. So I'm sure that hasn't helped anything.

Reading through my last WU program notes, I saw I had said that while taking 6 tabs I felt some random pains but that was it, and on 4 I wasn't feeling a whole lot either, so that was how I decided on usually taking 5 per day. I'm going to continue only taking 4 per day until I ovulate, which is when I REALLY felt a lot going on and noticed growth last time. If nothing happens at that time, I will bump it up to 5.

So here's my summary:
After only 3 days on WU, I noticed an increase in measurements. My breasts have been progressively more sore each day. As I said, for the most part I've been feeling a lot going on. I should note that with my last two BCP packs, the soreness, pains, and swelling from them never kicked until about 1 1/2-2 weeks after starting my new pack. (That's still about a week away.) The pains, aches, tingles, etc. that I've been experiencing started long before it would have even been possible for it to have been because of the BCPs. (It all started after only taking 1 pill.) Also, these "growing signs" are a lot different than anything I felt from the pill. In other words, I can pretty much say with certainty that what has been happening is because of the herbs; not the birth control pills.

At this point, this is my progam:

Mid-morning
2 WU tablets
1000mg NeoCell Type I and III Collagen Plus Vitamin C
1000mg Flaxseed Oil
Massage, followed by NB for 30 minutes, followed by 10-15 minutes low heat

Afternoon
1000mg Collagen
Stress B-Complex supplement (if I continue to include it)

Night
Beyaz BCP (I take this a couple hours before the WU and everything else)
2 WU tabs
1000mg Borage Oil
1000mg Collagen
Massage, followed by NB for at least 30 minutes, followed by 10-15 minutes low heat

I also bought a new massage lotion. I've been wanting to use something other than cocoa butter... Something with herbs in it, but didn't want to deal with the mess and smellyness of the typical booby batter (been there, done that). I found a Kiss My Face Olive and Aloe lotion at the local natural health food store. It contains quite a few pretty good ingredients for booby growth like olive oil, fennel extract, lavendar, avacado oil, etc. It has a great light scent and the perfect texture for massage.

Here are my "End of Week 1" stats (along with a couple of other key details I've left out in my other stats sections):

Age: 28
Caucasion
Height - 5ft
Weight - 88lbs (+3lbs)
Above bust - 29 3/4" (+3/4" increase from original measurements)
Across bust - 30 1/2" (+1/2" increase)
Under bust - 26" (same)
Waist - 23" (same)
Hips - 33" (same)

Will report again at the end of week 2!

A few days after I posted my week 1 update I noticed that my headaches and flu-like feelings completely disappeared. Just like magic - completely gone. At that point I also wasn't feeling so much going on in my breasts so I decided it would be a good time to see what happened with adding 1 WU tab in the afternoon, making it a total of 5 per day. Holy wow! I started experiencing literally constant pains, twinges, tingles, pinches, aching, etc. However, yesterday I stopped feeling as much. I was getting worried, when I realized that the only thing I had changed yesterday was that I didn't use my Tom's Long Lasting Deodorant, which is an aluminum-free deodorant that contains Hops. So today I added it back in, and all the feelings in my breasts have returned! Could be coincidence... or maybe not. I'm going to stick with it. (I should have also noted in my program posting that I'm using that.)

Despite all these sensations I'm having I haven't seen as much of an increase as I would have expected. I do realize though that it's only the second week! And I'm extremely fortunate to have noticed any difference at all so early on. It's just so easy to get booby greed... And earlier in the week I was measuring bigger than I am now, so it worries me that I'm going to lose it all or something. At my "biggest" I was measuring 30" above and 30 3/4" at the fullest part. Today though I'm measuring the same as I did last week. I'm trying not to get too concerned about this. We all know how this is a back-and-forth game. And the fact that I'm still feeling tons going on and am really really sore is encouraging.

I really need to up my protein intake. I'm thinking of doing the protein shakes again. I've had a few stressful days this last week, which in turn affected my appetite and I know I haven't been getting what I need. That could also be what's slowing or taking away progress.

I'm kind of torn on whether or not to continue noogling. I really do enjoy it... It's not that I don't *want* to do it anymore. It's just that I'm finding I don't always have time to do it regularly and I think it's one of those things that you have to really keep up with or it's pretty much pointless. So instead I've been focusing more on massage. I do think NB was helping me obtain a better shape. Maybe once things settle down a little I can get back to it.

On to week 3!

There was something I somehow, despite all my ramblings, forgot to mention in my 2 week update. Just a few days after I started taking WU, I noticed there was an area on my chin that was really sore. I knew this meant that one of those big, deep, painful hormone pimples was forming. It took a while to get there, but sure enough that's what it was. At first I thought I'd let this one go before taking any type of anti-androgen, hoping it was just an initial reaction and wouldn't happen again. However, it didn't seem to want to go away. It was like it just kept filling and filling. So 2 days into my 3rd week (this last Saturday) I've started taking 1 Saw Palmetto capsule per day. I'm a little nervous about this as I really don't want the whole cellulite issue to develop. I've tried Stinging Nettle Root in the past but that did not agree with my stomach at all. I just couldn't tolerate it. I also bought some Maca caps when I bought the SP, but went with the SP first because it's more likely to help with BE too (as far as I know). I will probably start with the Maca at the beginning of my next cycle. I want to get a good idea of what the SP is going to do for me.

It could be total coincidence, but the deep pimple I had is completely gone now. Also, the painful little pustule I had above it that's been there for about a month now and didn't seem to want to go away is also almost gone. I treated the two pretty heavily with some topical pimple cream for a few days but haven't for the last two because it didn't seem to be helping. So maybe that's just finally taken effect or maybe the SP is already helping?

As for how it's affected my boobies, I felt the most intense pains and aches and throbbing last night than I think I've ever felt before while doing NBE. It was insane. It actually kept me up for about an hour and a half. I didn't notice that the first night I took it, but the pains I did feel seemed deeper. Today I'm measuring 30 3/4" across and 30" above. So a 1/4" increase for both.

Unfortunately, it also gave me a very bad headache last night. This wasn't a hormone headache though, it was more of a headache from introducing a new subtance to my body. (I can tell the difference between the different headaches I get.) I'm hoping I adjust and it doesn't continue because it seems like it has some great potential for me.

I should also note that when I was 19, I noticed one whiskery chin hair. This is something that seems to happen to a lot of the women on my mom's side. It's strange because it'll grow for a few months, then stop for a few, over and over. It's never consistant. Once I started the BCPs, I noticed that it never grew. However, after I started taking WU, it began to grow again, but much more light in color and fine in texture. Odd. But it's another sign that I do need an anti-androgen.

You sure seem to post a lot..I guess you see this space like a Diary. It happens to me too...I'm so happy for whats happening inside me, and what I'm feeling that I want to share it with other people, or just share it, hopping it will last forever.

I guess you and I are gonna play some kind of a competition, since we're both starting with an A cup, lol..just kidding.

I wish you good luck! I know what it is to have such a small breast. I spend my days looking at bigger boobs wishing I have them. And I often wake up wishing I have bigger boobs already!

Just remember to be patience and keep on making an effort. I suggest you to focus on small goals first, like..instead of thinking of jumping from an A to an F, go step by step: first A, then B, then C. Visualizing is also a very positive thing, and it will help you stay focus.
Keep in mind that you're building your body. And just as you won't achieve your goal body by one week at the gym, you have to realize it will take you time and determination to get your bigger cup.

Good luck on your journey! I hope we both get our dream cups.

Hi, LyndaLee! You're right, I do basically use this as an NBE diary. I try to be detailed for a few different reasons. The main one is that with my last NBE attempt I tried several different products and methods and encountered negative side-effects with all of them, which ultimately led to me having to stop it altogether. That was a bummer! So this time around I'm trying to make note of everything I'm experiencing - especially the negative things - so that if I run into problems again, I can hopefully figure out the cause and find a solution. Also there's a stronger chance someone else might be able to help me too, if it's all laid out like that. I realized how important it is to keep these records and be detailed when I decided to give it another go and realized that I no longer had any of my written NBE journals from last time. Fortunately, since I had posted all my programs on the old forum, I was able to locate them there and remember what worked for me, what didn't, and why! The second reason I do it is because I know I have definitely found that the longer, more detailed posts that I read from others have been/are by far the most helpful. I'm hoping maybe others can benefit from my posts if I get good results! And the third reason I tend to ramble is because, as you said, I get pretty excited when good things are happening! Smile

Good luck to you with your program as well! I read it when you first posted it and thought it sounded very interesting! I've been following your updates. I sure hope we can both reach our goals. All I'm really striving for is a full B (so I need to up one full cup size) and I'm hoping that's not too unrealistic and is attainable. (Anything more than a B would of course be totally welcome!) I'm seeing progress already, but since I'm also on birth control it gets a little confusing as to what's causing what. This will be the last month I take it though so then I'll have a better idea of what's going on.

I hope we both get what we want! Best of luck to you! Smile

Something strange has happened! I noticed that yesterday I didn't feel much going on in my breasts. I increased my SP to two caps that day - not because of lack of sensations but just because I felt my body was ready for it. This morning I felt literally nothing. I took my first dose of NBE stuff at 9:00 this morning and still didn't feel anything after. I tried to take a nap and was lying on my side, when I realized that my breasts didn't hurt! In a panic, I felt around my breasts and discovered that *all* my soreness was gone!! Huh Up until today I was VERY sore. Literally all I've changed in my routine was adding the SP and the extra dose of it yesterday.

This is very very odd, since this is the time where the soreness from the bcps really kicks in. So even if the soreness from NBE went away, I should still be sore from the bc. The only two things I can come up with are that it's from the SP, which seems strange seeing as how the first three days I took it I felt lots going on (unless it was the addition of the second dose that did it), or it's something to do with how the herbs are reacting with my bcps. Maybe the herbs and the birth control are fighting for estrogen receptors and neither is winning? I don't know, it's just a theory... I admittedly don't know all the details on how that works. But I've read that can be a way that the birth control can interfere with the herbs and slow down or stop progress.

What's even stranger is that when I measured myself, half in a panic due to realizing my soreness was gone, I saw that I've actually increased a little and am measuring closer to 31" around the fullest part of my bust. And I wasn't measuring that yesterday. So I somehow increased with no soreness, pains, tingles, etc. That's definitely a first for me.

I've already taken my morning dose of SP but if I don't feel anything going on for the rest of the day I'm going to stop taking it and see if everything returns. If that's not the culprit, I guess I just have to hope that everything goes back to normal after this pack of bcps is finished.
