Syn's Program

#1

Gender: Female
Age: 22
Height: 5'4"
Weight: 110lbs was what I weighed the last time I weighed myself which was about 3 months ago.
Bra size: 32B or 34A(though I do not fill out a 34A completely even though they're sister sizes)
Goal: 34B at least, but wouldn't mind a 34C

No children.

Body Type: I have always been on the thin side. Even though I was thin, my body was proportionate...except my boobs! (and my arms). My body was thin, but my arms were thinner. I was unhappy with my body and decided to do something about it.

I started weight training January 2011. When I first started I weighed 100lbs, and was considered underweight. I managed to gain 10lbs of muscle, bringing me up to 110lbs - the most I've ever weighed. That brought me just above the BMI scale and was now average. Granted that was about 3 months ago, so I do not know how much I weight I've gained (we do not keep a scale at home). However, my body looks a lot better, looks proportionate (including my arms!), and looks more feminine. Though I would still like to gain more weight, tone up some more, and grow some boobs.Big Grin

Diet: I try to consume a lot of protein and eat as healthy as possible, though I do have a sweet tooth and treat myself everyday.

Workout regimen: Since I'm prone to getting thin, I keep my cardio to a minimum. Once or twice a month I do plyometrics or run 1 mile. I weight train 3-6 times a week for 30-60 min. Though it's usually 3x, the extra 3 are for when I'm in the mood or for when I want to focus on an area again to get faster results.

Even though I weight train, I DO NOT workout my chest contrary to what is commonly said. My husband is a very ripped man, so I do take his advice. Weight training the chest is probably good for girls who have droopy or saggy breasts. But for girls like me, it is best to avoid it. Yes, losing weight overall can reduce your breast size. However, we believe that the more chest muscle you have the more fat it's going to burn, especially in that area. Take for example fitness celebrities like JNL who weight train their entire body including their chest. They end up getting breast implants.

I'm not sure how, but to me the proof is in what I see. Since weight training I've managed to gain 10lbs of muscle. My arms, legs, butt, hips, etc are bigger/toned/shapely, my stomach is flatter (& I thought my stomach was already flat) and I feel and look more feminine. And somehow, somehow, my boobs are still the same size they were before I started training, even though I have less fat in the rest of my body. Could it be that I'm not weight training my chest?

I started my program on July 30, 2011
Program
ANYTIME
1 protein shake (I take a shake everyday whether I workout or not. But on days that I do workout, I drink it right after I'm done with my workout.)
AFTERNOON
1 prenatal vitamin
NIGHT
10 min massage
1 fenugreek pill 1 - 610mg
2 gelatin/collagen pills - 778mg each = 1556mg

My breasts started to feel fuller.

Note* I was taking my vitamin at night along with the other pills but I started spotting/bleeding even though I already had my period. So I started taking my vitamin in the afternoon and that fixed the problem.

Program Modification - August 2, 2011
I decided to add an extra fenugreek pill and space out my regimen so my body could have somewhat of a constant dosage of pills throughout the day. Massage time was also increased.
Program
ANYTIME
1 protein shake
Morning
15 min massage
1 fenugreek pill - 610mg
1 gelatin/collagen pill - 778mg
AFTERNOON
1 prenatal vitamin
NIGHT
15 min massage
1 fenugreek pill - 610mg
1 gelatin/collagen pill - 778mg

Note* Did some research and found that stretch marks are a sign of zinc deficiency. So I'm doing well in taking my vitamins just in case.

I forgot to mention that I will not be measuring myself. I've been reading through the posts and noticed that it causes some confusion, so I decided to go by bra size and with what I see. I have some 34A bras that I do not fill out completely so my first goal is to fill them out. Smile

It's been 1 week and 5 days since I started my program. Things came up so I didn't get to massage or take my pills in the mornings yesterday nor the day before (the 10th & 11th), but I was able to do it every night.

Buuut, I have growth!Big Grin Last night I got my lotion and started massaging. While massaging it felt like my right breast was bigger than my left one. I didn't take much notice and figured I just grabbed a larger handful of boob, so I tried grabbing more of my left breast but couldn't. I found it funny and jokingly told my husband that my boob felt fuller. He wants to see, I let him see, and suddenly he laughs and yells "omg you're right boob is bigger!" I run to the mirror and to my surprise there is an actuall difference in size.

I'm so excited!

I think it's important to start with a few herbs and then ramp it up slowy, rather than taking tons of herbs at the beginning. For the moment I'll stick to what I've been doing since it's working. Also, I will only massage my left breast in the mornings and both at night so my left one can catch up.

I missed a day of massage (the 12th). I didn't get to massage or take anything because I was gone from home all day. I don't like missing days.Dodgy But My breasts have been getting tingly and itchy, and I get occasional pains although it's rare.

My left breast is catching up.Shy It's still smaller, but the difference between the two is not as much as it was last time. My husband says he can't see a difference anymore, though I can.

As soon as my breast catches up I will go back to massaging both in the mornings, and adjust according if they become uneven again.

Hi Syn,

What kind of protein shake do you take or if you make one without a powder what do you make it with..

I rather make mine from scatch but not sure if what I am using is good enough.. If your good in this area let me know if you think I should add or take away..

this shake varies:

1 cup milk
1 tbsp heavy cream
3 tea spoons yogurt
3 tea spoons cottage cheese
1-2 eggs
(the above is the base of the shake sometimes I leave out the cottage cheese)
3 tea spoons either (tahini sp? or peanut butter)
about 1/4 cup coconut milk (but then I leave out tahini/pb)
4 peices of pinapple and 1 piece of banana (only with the coconut milk make like a pinacolda sp?)
when use the tahini/pb I leave out the coconut milk and pinapple and use just a little chocolate syrup (i know not good) make like a reese cup
or I will leave out tahini/pb/choc/coconut milk and just have whatever fruit ..usually strawberries, blueberries, etc.

If I have it I will take an amino acid supp with it or if I remember just put it into the shake.

Hi beachbumbythsea!

Wow! I must say, you're doing really good with your shakes, they are really interesting and make mine look boring in comparison! Lol. I've never heard of adding cottage cheese.

My husband is the one who buys the protein. But he pretty much always buys the same brand and it's the one we both take. Here is what I use as the base:

Protein Shake
Sometimes I'll add yogurt and blueberries, strawberries, honey, cantaloupe, or peanut butter as well. I've read that you can also try adding spinach leaves (they contain a good amount of protein), mangoes, kiwi, chia seeds, cocoa powder, etc., but can I haven't had the chance to try it.

Though for suggestions, if you haven't already, you should use Greek yogurt instead of the normal yogurt. Greek yogurt has twice the protein.

Oh and just in case you decide to try oatmeal or protein powder - For oatmeal, make sure to get the generic brand oatmeal and not the brand name one. I don't know why but the generic brand has potassium (which is good for cramps) while the brand name doesn't.
For protein, just use 1 scoop. A lot of the bottles say to use 2 scoops but it gives it a really thick consistency and personally I just have trouble finishing it.

Other than that, your shakes sounds like they came from heaven =]

Wow that was fast reply..nice to meet you..

Yes I use greek yogurt...cause regular yogurt makes me naueous sp?..greek is more like a pudding like..there is another thingy like yogurt that is even thicker but too expensive..

Yes sometimes put toasted wheat germ comes in a jar in the cereal isle..

I was taking a protein powder from vitamin shoppe there brand and it tasted really good ..might just go back to that next month..but I am finding I get some tingling drinking my homemade one. I need to add weight.. I am just about 5-4 and last I weighted myself about a month ago I was 115.. when I lost weight I lost my 36c/d titas..if you read my program it tells the whole story but in short I think if I could add the weight at that tita size I should get them back I was about 125.. When I lost weight I was wearing a sports bra from the 12yrs old and under section that is how small..skin and nipsBig Grin well before NBE I started gaining weight and now I am a 34B so I thought maybe I can get more then a 36c/d doing NBE if not and get my 36c/d fine with me even a nice c

Sad

This past week has been just blah. I got a job and it just messed up my schedule. I wasn't consistent with my program at all and was only able to workout once. Dodgy I feel flimsy and just uuuggghhhh. The good thing is that the fullness in my breasts is still there and my left breast managed to catch up.

But tonight I'm getting back on track. I'll definitely workout on my days off. On my work days I will accommodate my time to workout, do NBE, prepare my lunch for work, eat, and get ready.

Hey Syn,
It sounds like your body is responding rather fast to your BE program Smile

I was wondering what is the brand you are using for the collagen and gelatin supplement?

All the best with your BE journey!

I like the way you think Syn.

I, too, am trying to see this breast enlargement as a work out, more than a "routine".

It will be easier for you, probably, because you've already taste the flavor of working hard to build certain parts of your body and achieving it. I am also working out, but not really heavy, only spinning, tae bo and -occasionally- aerobics. I'm also searching to make a flat belly (but, no matter how many work up, my stomach only seems to get fatter, but not from fat, because it's hard, I don't know why *sigh*)

I hope to keep reading on your program.

I too, have experience really fast results..and I'm hungry for more. I'm starting little by little so I can add more and more without risking my health.

Happy growing!

@queen_b The gelatin/collagen pill I take are the women's GNC brand. It's a white and purple bottle. Here is a picture of it: http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2133877

@LyndaLee Same here, I don't want to take any risks with my health. Major changes are not always necessary. Sometimes small changes in your regimen can lead to booby growth.

Also, for your belly you could try doing some workouts from http://bodyrock.tv .
Granted the girl does have implants (her breasts were a good size before but I guess she wanted them bigger), but she has an amazing body and her workouts work. My goal is to be to as physically fit as her, but I still have a lot of work to do and more muscle/weight to gain.Cool
