I know it must have been asked number of time but i am more and more confused with internet replies - so can someone WITH experience and results tell me ,

is it 14 days on/from the 1st day of period or 14 days before the start of your periods ?

The 1st day of your period is day 1, you will start taking it on that day. Take it for 12 - 14 days then stop until AF come then you start over.
