Considering Adding Progesterone Cream to PM Program?

#1

I am considering adding Progesterone Cream to my PM Program, as it seems it's helpful in preventing estrogen dominance, and some girls claim it helps with growth. However, I am researching it more thoroughly, and it seems it counteracts the effects of estrogen on growth, and may not actually help in breast enlargement:

"In the HBE cell culture system and in long-term treatment, P and R5020 appear predominantly to inhibit cell growth, both in the presence and absence of E2."
http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/art...6000000613

This study proves that the most important factors in NBE are estrogen and HGH, mentions nothing of progesterone, and agrees with my hypothesis that HGH is important:

"insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I) which can promote growth in breast tissue."
http://informahealthcare.com/doi/abs/10....9809024960

In 21 women (46.7%), breast size increased from 824.3 ± 13.7 mm to 898.5 ± 12.5 mm after 6 months. Anyone know how to calculate what the means in cup size??

What do you think?

Here I found that the side effect of excess estrogen is breast enlargement:

"The following symptoms are typical of excess estrogen and progesterone
depletion: breast enlargement and tenderness, water retention, heavy
menstrual flow or irregular periods, carbohydrate cravings, weight gain
(fat on hips and thighs), fibrocystic breasts, uterine fibroids, loss of libido,
PMS, mood swings/depression, and certain types of acne."

"Progesterone’s many functions in the body include: inhibiting breast tissue
overgrowth"
http://www.drrozakis.com/Articles/proges...ptions.pdf

AREN'T WE ALL are trying to cause "breast tissue overgrowth" lol

I still find information saying the progesterone is important for the growth of breast:
"Ductal and lobular-alveolar development is mainly influenced by estrogen and progesterone respectively"
http://www.bioline.org.br/request?js10048#ref3

So do we or don't we use progesterone in our NBE program?

Hi GorgeousBlonde,

A cup size is an inch, right? The difference is 898.5 mm - 824.3 mm = 74.2 mm, which is 3", or 3 cup sizes. 1" is 25.4 mm.

Estrogens grow the milk ducts. They make the breasts conical, but they also contribute most to what we call "growth", because the nipples stick out from the chest on the ducts, like on poles.

Progesterone causes lobular-alveolar development, which rounds the breasts out. It determines how much milk a breast can produce and store. But roundness doesn't measure as growth with the tape.

Between ages 16 and 21, there is more estrogens, more growth, and the breasts become conical. After age 21, progesterone builds their capacity to produce milk, and rounds them out.

Thank you Isabelle!
You are a total expert on NBE aren't you! Maybe you should write a book about NBE!

Is Goat's Rue similar in it's action to Progesterone?

"Progesterone causes lobular-alveolar development, which rounds the breasts out. It determines how much milk a breast can produce and store. But roundness doesn't measure as growth with the tape."

Goat's Rue is a GALACTAGOGUE HERB, so I am wondering what is its main effect in NBE?

Thank you GorgeousBlonde,

Yes I'd love to write it all together in a step by step guide, but I wouldn't want to leave anyone on the forum feeling like yet another book was stolen from here.

GR's main NBE function is to increase prolactin. That starts the production of milk. The milk causes swelling. Oxytocin starts the contractions that drive the milk out. Without oxytocin, the milk is reabsorbed.

The swelling contributes to NBE like NB: if it happens more often and lasts longer, tissues adjust to the swollen shape and size.

Hi Isabelle and Gorgeous Blonde,

Maybe you guys can help me. I'm trying to decide if i should cycle my PM, with my period for the 14 days of the month???

I've never tried it but i can't wait, i ordered it today-yipppeee.

Well im perplexed now, as none of the sites or products say you must cycle it!?? If it is soo important, why is it not mentioned at all???

Isabelle i read (& was intrigued) somewhere, you said fennel makes the boobs round. WOW rounded boobs. Id LOVE to achieve this. Full & shapely boobs is my ultimate dreamgoal. What do you girls think i should do, for the best results???

I experimented with th herbs, over a year ago. In 6 mnths i did achieve more fullness, but i was disapointed to find same shape... just bigger.

I have large breasts, lacking in volume, fullness, shape & perk! But this time i have a noogleberry, fitness pole in my living room, pm pills & serum & im lifting weights.

I'd appreciate any feedback....

Thanks

Also GorgeousBlonde, i read that you were considering adding Horny Goat Rue/weed to your pm plan. I don't know anything about it, so i'm searching the archives. I'm just wondering why you want to use it and how would it impact/ interact with th pm??

Sorry for being nosy, but your posts are very informative and greatly appreciated...they helped me to decide that i would go with PM over BO, after much deliberation.

Many Thanks

Hm.. That's strange. Here's the directions from St.Herb website (the same is on the bottle)
Directions:
For breast purpose, take 2 capsules after breakfast and the other 2 before retiring to bed. For health purpose, take 1 capsule before breakfast and another 1 before going to bed. The capsules should be taken on the first day of menstruation, continue for 15 days, and stop taking for another 15 days. Then restart again for 15 days immediately without waiting for next menstruation.

On my bottle of Siriporn in "Suggested Use" it says: "... use for 15 days and stop. Repeat this process next menstrual cycle. Failure to follow this protocol may result in irregular menstrual cycles".

I didn't find any information about cycling on their website though.

Isabelle, I think a guide would be so helpful! You have helped us so much here.
Don't worry about what others think. I don't see anything wrong with someone compiling all their info that they learned into a guide and selling it. Those who want it, can purchase it and those who don't want it are not forced to buy it. Please write a guide!!! Even with Lucille writing the flat2fab book, I honestly don't see anything wrong with that even if she took all the info from this site.
I bet her book has reached way more people than this site, it can be the same for you.
OK, I am rambling sorry, back to the subject....
If someone takes GR for NBE, will she produce milk??
