Starting again, this time with PM

So, I've been trolling the forum for awhile now but never registered. I've thus far tried UB (combined with MSM, lamb placenta, maca, and kelp). I was on it for about two months before I tired of not seeing results. Plus, I moved and sort of lost motivation along the way. I've also been trying the chicken feet soup route and I have fairly easy access to it (live close to a Chinatown) but I travel for work and it's fairly difficult to bring chicken stock along.
So, after being overwhelmed by all the information out there, I've decided to give PM a try (mostly motivated by Ginie's success) and I'm listing my program here, mainly so I don't forget Rolleyes

Here goes:

I just wanted to say that you must give a program at least 3-6 monhts to let it work...2 months is not enough!!! I know it can be hopeless sometimes...but the body needs time...

Thanks Eva! I’m determined to do it properly this time, I think my last go with BO wasn’t successful because of my low body temperature and although I quit UB, I’ve been keeping at it with kelp so maybe my body will be more receptive this time around.
So, I’ve returned from a long weekend to find PM and all its cohorts waiting for me in the living room! Super excited about starting this plan; I’m outlining the entire thing below.

I’ve purchased two pill boxes, each containing one week’s worth of pills so there’s no chance I miss a daily boobie feeding.
Here’s what’s in them:

Follicular Phase (First day of menses to ovulation):
Morning:
PM: 200 mg
Borage Oil: 1,000 mg
Kelp: 225 mcg
MSM: 2,000 mg
Calcium: 630 mg
Vitamin D: 400 IU
Hyaluronic Acid: 100 mg

Evening:
PM: 200 mg
Borage Oil: 1,000 mg
MSM: 2,000 – 3,000 mg
Calcium: 630 mg
Vitamin D: 400 IU
Maca: 500 mg


Luteal Phase:
Same thing, without the PM

At the same time, I will be:
- drinking one protein shake per day (Whey Protein)
- taking one scoop of Meiji’s Amino Collagen
- using topical Ro-bust once or twice a day
- pumping with NB once a day (more like 3x a week)
- eating chicken feet soup about once a day (more like 5x a week)


Just sorted all my pills. There are a million of them, I feel like I’m running an apothecary.
Well, my period’s due to start any day now! Super excited, it’s boobie time!

Hey Raya!
I am using BO, but I am so inspired by Ginie's success, if BO doesn't work for me, I will switch to PM. I am wanting to switch to PM so badly, because with BO, your temp needs to be at a certain level for it to work, and I think that is the reason why so many girls have tried BO with little or no success. I surely hope I am one of the ones that get AMAZING results with BO, LOL, if not, I am DEFINITLEY switching to PM.
I noticed that you are taking MSM, but you didn't include Vitamin C. MSM needs to be taken with Vitamin C to work properly, just thought I should let you know! Collagen also needs to be taken with Vitamin C, but the collagen you are taking already has Vitamin C, so you're good there.
Just make sure you take Vitamin C with MSM.
And you shouldn't take Calcium with MSM/Vitamin C, because they cancel each other out.
I also think NB is a great idea, so many girls here, including Ginie, say it has contributed to their growth. I think when doing NBE, it is best to take something internally and have something work externally, providing best of both worlds.

Thanks for the advice Melissa! I hope you are one of those girls too, but I know what you mean, keeping a daily tab on body temperature is pretty difficult, especially if you already have low body temps (like me).
Thanks for the tip about vitamin C! There's soooo much information on this forum, I can hardly keep track of everything I need to be consuming. I think at this point, compared to all my other body parts, my boobies are the most spoiled. Hopefully, they reciprocate soon!
I'm also thinking about adding a progesterone cream to my routine, although I've read mixed opinions on this. I'll do some more research and report back once I've placed yet another order. Smile

Quick update - I've finished one cycle of PM and am eager to start my next; my period should be coming any day now. I'm taking vitamins, drinking chicken feet soup, noogleberry-ing and massaging and although I don't want to jinx myself, I have to say my breasts have never looked fuller. I woke up this morning and was surprised to see how they look when I look down at them. They usually get a little fuller before my period but they've expanded sideways.
I have sort of tubular breasts and even more than actual growth, I'd really like some plumpness at the tops to produce that roundish shape. So far, I think the firmness is mainly attributable to the massages. I don't think noogleberry really works for me, since I don't get much swelling even after pumping for hours. ON the contrary, my breasts usually feel much firmer after I do chi rotations and fengshui's massage (I don't even think I do it right; I just rub my knuckles in circular motions across both breasts, concentrating on areas with little knots).
Anyway, as of today or tomorrow, I will be adding fennel tea and fenugreek to my luteal phase. I'm also considering adding goat's rue during both my follicular and luteal phase.
I'm also boiling more concentrated chicken feet soup (I'm adding about 25 feet to 2 qt. of water) and my stock is now super-gelatinous.

Ok, spent a large portion of today researching and tweaking my current routine.
Found a herbal shop a few streets down with pretty much everything I need (I love Berkeley) Smile

So, I think I'm getting enough phytoestrogens from PM as well as soy milk, which I drink about once a day. I'm really hoping to increase my progesterone level since taking the test on dr. lee's site suggests I am estrogen dominant. Also, my breasts are tubular and I think I read somewhere that progesterone helps roundness...

Anyway, in addition to my current PM routine,
I am adding:
- vitamin E during the luteal phase to help natural progesterone production
- some (not sure how much yet) Fenugreek extract taken orally during luteal phase
- 2-3 cups of fennel every day
- massage every day with either Fenugreek extract followed by olive oil OR boobie batter (olive oil+Fenugreek powder+borage oil+flax seed oil+fish oil)
- push-ups and other exercises

If I don't see my breasts beginning to round out, I guess I'll try the progesterone cream.

You follow Chiyumilk's program, don't you! It's a great program, you WILL grow. I just didn't see placenta (Chiyumilk used pig's placenta). Meiji contains vitamin C and arginine, so take it before you go to bed for better results, on empty stomach. Vit C should not be taken together with Ca, they cancell each other. PM should be taken with Ca or milk/dairy products.

Why yes, I am! Actually, I originally copied yours and have been modifying as I become more greedy Smile
I want to do a quick update on my program. I still haven't gotten my period, so it is officially 8 days late. My period usually comes a bit later each month so I wasn't worrying too much but now I'm getting a bit concerned. Not sure why this is happening since i was taking a very modest dosage (400 mg) and cycling (only took it for 14 days). Can anyone help with this?
On the bright side, my breasts have never looked bigger. I don't think it is the PM, because during those 14 days I didn't see or feel much of a difference. But since ovulation, I've been massaging fervently. Before all of this, the only bra that really FIT me was a Gilly and Hicks 32A (fit as in held and covered all of my breast without empty space and now my breasts are busting out of them. I can actually feel the boobage seeping out at the tops Smile
The progress is fueling my drive even more, thus the constant updates and further obsessing...Smile

Are you taking Siriporn PM? If you are then 400mg is not a "modest dose" at all. It is a very strong PM, unlike other PMs which one has to take in thousands of mg. Besides, stopping PM after ovulation is not like switching off the lights Smile there's plenty of miroestrols and etc. floating around in your body Smile So getting delay is "normal" in your case. You just probably delayed your ovulation. Besides, your body is adjusting to PM, let's see what happens next cycle. It may regulate itself and adjust to sudh a high dose.

And one more thing. If you use their lotion/serum throughout the cycle then you still get PM into your system. I know it is said that topicals usually don't have a systemic effect but they do. IMO topicals give most of the results.
