New Schedule for PM to Prevent Messing with My Cycle

#1

I have decided to take PM following the schedule I have devised and see how that works.

Estrogen peaks before ovulation especially the few days before ovulation. So I believe the highest dose of PM should be taken then. From the chart, estrogen is lowest from days 1-7 of the menstrual cycle:

I will start taking pueraria mirifica 7 day after the first day of my period, the 7th day of my cycle, and then stop on the 14th day. Then I will take it from the 19th to the 24st day of my cycle.

Since estrogen is lowest from days 1-7 of the menstrual cycle, women probably mess up their cycle by taking PM days 1-7 of their cycle when estrogen should be the lowest!

Hi GorgeousBlonde,

If you stop on day 14, ovulation follows 2 days later, and the period always follows 14 days after ovulation. So that will make your cycle 30 days, as in the wikipedia chart. If you want a 28 day cycle, stop on day 12.

The estrogen peak between the period and the ovulation is sharp. On day 10, you can take more capsules. Pansy Mae peaks up to 3,000 mg Ainterol: that gives her estrogen headaches if she keeps it up for more than 3 days.

Thank you for the charts: it gives an idea about possible variations between normal cycles. LH and FSH are pretty different. I still wonder when a woman can take vitex agnus castus (chaste tree berry) for LH, to regulate her cycle instead of messing it up.

What do you suggest Isabelle, what is the "ideal" cycle to have, 28, 30 days? I tried to look it up but I just found that 28 day cycle is the most common. I'm sure there should be an "ideal" menstrual cycle.

Mine tends to be different lengths every month sometimes 27 days, sometimes 29, sometimes 30, sometimes 31 days. Once it was even 33.

I have a menstrual calender tracking program on my Iphone so that makes it VERY easy to keep track.

Most common is 28 days, yes. But you have something better: if your app can give you your average cycle length since you started using it, the smartest thing to do would be to regulate your cycle to that average.

Here is a chart posted by Wahaika that I like to refer to:

I also like that one, because it's a 28 day cycle, which is average. Did you notice the estrogen peak is on day 11? By day 12, estrogen is already declining.

I am taking PM from day 7-14. Am thinking of taking more than 1000 mg on days 10 and 11. What do you think Isabelle?

I expect a 30 day cycle, because it takes two days from stopping PM to ovulation, and the exactly 14 days to the start of the period. Make sure that from day 11 to day 14, you follow a nice downward slope as in the graph. It's the decrease of estrogens that triggers ovulation.

Nobody knows yet how to decrease PM. Is steeper better? Is all the way to zero necessary? There are enough women experimenting with this to find out.

That's what I am doing, experimenting with dosages of PM. I know I will find the perfect way to take PM without it messing with the cycle.

Now that I am doing analyzing the program of the Japenese women who had such amazing success (from cup size 34B to 34D in one year, and then went up 6 cup sizes in 3 years), I am following closely in her footsteps. I am using PM only after menstration (days 7-14) like she did. I am also using HGH, collagen, saw palmetto, like she did.

She used:
1. Follicular phase: Redizupueraria 99%

2. Luteal phase: drop B-UP (saw palmetto extract, Mexican yam extract, Korohaekisu, dandelion root extract, Black Cove catcher extract, red clover extract, cumin, chasteberry extract, phytosterols from soy)

3. Whitex (pig placenta extract, hylauronic acid, eggshell membrane powder)

4. Nano collegen

5. HGH supplement

6. 850mg Mexican yam extract per day

Her detailed program page:

I am trying to copy her plan exactly, except do not want to purchase the supplements she used prefer the ones from iherb.
