question on BO mechanisms

#1

Hi everyone,
I've been reading a lot of posts on BO and am hopeful about trying it. One thing I don't understand is that if I didn't grow bigger than an A during puberty, why would BO help me grow bigger if all it does is basically make my body release the hormones that it did during puberty? And that should help my breasts grow? Would it be because I'd be making sure I consume a lot of protein, or...? I'm really hopeful about it, but I'm just kind of thinking that if my hormones didn't make me grow during puberty, why will they make me grow now?
Thank you!!

We don't grow during our puberty's for many reasons. BO coming from a name brand product like BB or UB, they were originally designed products for TEENAGERS who were not developing fully or correctly, more than likely like girls like us were during puberty, if only our mom's knew right?? It not only puts you back into puberty when you are already done with yours, it also helps your body get the right balance of hormones that it didn't get, if you are underdeveloped. Not exactly sure how it works entirely, just know it worked for me. I was tubular before taking UB so I know that's a sign of underdeveloped breasts. Also one of the main factors we don't grow during puberty is stress related and diet. Many teens, my self included when I was in puberty... are under alot of stress, be it from hard times at home, stress from school, social life, etc. We also sometimes don't get the right kind of diets in during puberty, it can be a poor diet such as too much junk food and we end up with fat in the wrong places or we barely eat at all because we all know highschool and such, we ALL had body insecurities, and many of us didn't get enough food, or as I said, not enough of good nutrition in. So I think those factors alone cause most girls to not develop fully during puberty. Just my theory though.

With NBE it's really hit and miss. I've tried many things that didn't work and some that did. There is no miracle pill one size fits all program. It just doesn't exist, I wish it did. So the only way you know it will work for you, is if you try it. Hope this helps and good luck!

Hi Anastasia,

Thanks for your reply. I really appreciate. You made me realize something I didn't before. I always thought my breasts were underdeveloped too because I have puffy areolas on very small breasts, maybe even tubular. So that makes me feel hopeful that it might work for me. Like you said, I won't know until I try. Hopefully I can start soon.

Thank you!

Anastasia, do you have any idea how BO works hormonally? To me, it seems as though both estrogen and progesterone are essential for breast development and shaping, and that they work somewhat cyclically. But with BO, you are taking the same thing, at the same dose, every day of the cycle, right? I'm not challenging the results from BO, I am just really confused about how it works and if it could be right for me.

(quickie bio - 18 years old, never had a normal cycle, began puberty at 13, stopped developing entirely at 15, gained immovable weight around the middle and thighs, acne started at puberty and has just gotten worse, was extremely stressed and sleep deprived throughout high school, recently hair started falling out. I am using progesterone cream to get a cycle going.)

Also, thank you for your posts! I've been lurking for a while and reading about your experiences has been so helpful and given me hope. I struggle a lot with the info dispersed throughout this site because for the most part it doesn't seem geared towards girls who never had normal breasts to begin with.

Georgiana, mine are e.x.a.c.t.l.y the same as yours. I hope you'll keep us posted on your progress. I'd really like to see if there are any more similarities between us too - perhaps we will be able to benefit from each others' experiences.

Sorry to break into this discussion, but blomst,

Have you read the program thread of lled34aa? Gogirlanime has a lot in common with your history too, and there may be more ladies on the PCOS section of the forum, and on the newly created section about underdeveloped breasts.

I agree with Isabelle, it sounds like you could possibly have PCOS. I had underdeveloped breasts before I started my NBE journey, but I think I was tubular, I didn't have the other symptoms you are describing. I think mine became that way after childbirth and partly because I was a teenage mother. I got pregnant at 16 and had my son at 17. So I think that maybe I just wasn't done developing, and the pregnancy messed that up for me. But I do believe BO and NB combined is what fixed them to look "normal" or as close to it as I can get.

As far as how it works hormonally, I'm not the technical type when it comes to hormones, cycling and all that lol. Isabelle, and others like her would be more geared to that. I'm just a simple girl that understands the basics and goes with that lol. I found what worked for me through trial and error. From my understanding I believe BO works with your own bodies hormones to balance them out/put you into puberty again, or in my case and others a "normal" puberty. That's really my understanding of it. I'm not really a book worm, nor have I ever claimed to be, I'm more of common sense haha. So to get completely technical is not how I am.

But you want posts from girls without "normal breasts to begin with" haha you're looking at her! I was tubular before my journey, because like I said I don't think I fully developed during my teens. If I hadn't gotten pregnant would I have developed fully? Who knows, I may have, I may have not. But at this point I don't really care lol, I found what did work to help me achieve what I wanted, so that's all that matters to me, plus I wouldn't give my son back for the world. But there are some of us out there that didn't have "normal" breast to begin with, you just got to find us Wink

Thank you Isabelle, I'll read through those threads.

Yep, I have PCOS. Right now I am taking some supplements and progesterone cream. I'm not taking an anti-androgen at the moment because I feel that it might affect other hormones and might be complicated to come off of. I am very interested in trying something like this once I have a regular cycle which doesn't rely on PC.
