BO help please

#1

I have been doing a ton of reading on your site...thank you!! And I will prolly have a few questions lol.

First is I have seen that most of you seem to have menstrual cycles still. I had a hysto a little over 6 years ago, but i do still have my ovaries. They only had to remove cervix & uterus. So would the BO work for me? I was an extremely young mom (son born day before my sweet 16) and I breast fed him. Had my second child at 23 and breast fed. I have alot of skin in my breasts but the fat has broken up into tiny pieces and all is at the bottom...definate sag lol. Wear a 34 C cup bra, but have to lift & tuck them in lol.

I am seriously considering UB or BB...UB cost seems more manageable, and seems they work about the same. I don't necessarily need larger, would just like to firm up the fried eggs I got going on. Tired of not being able to wear the cute shirts cuz I can't go braless without looking like a man....

I look forward to researching more & getting to know you ladies. I appreciate your honesty and help!!

I know there are post-menopausal ladies that have been involved with NBE, not sure if they frequent the forum much. But I don't see why it shouldn't work. You are still getting estrogen from your ovaries, are you on any type of medications for hormone replacement?

As far as "filling them back in" I had to do the same, I was a young mom as well, had my son at 17, got pregnant at 16, so can completely relate. I also breastfed. And I found what worked best for filling them in and firming them up, is a combination of UB, Noogleberry (pump), breast massage both with hands and with an electric massager, and chest exercises (I personally use the easy curves device). When I first started my NBE journey I was a saggy 32AA, same as you, deflated breasts, seems you have more to fill in though, which can be an advantage. I took an herbal product called Zoft breast gum for 6 months and grew 2 inches, equaling 2 cup sizes and became a 32B. I then started UB, NB, and the other things I listed I was already doing beforehand. Now I've went up another 2 1/2 inches since doing Zoft so I'm now a 32D 1/2.

I hope some ladies answer that may not have periods anymore to help you more.

Thanx for answering Anastasia! I am not on any hormone replacement, and have not had any known issues. How long were you on UB & how does the NG device work? Does it stimulate milk? And how would that affect if you have nipple rings Blush Just got them pierced about a month ago & can say that they do help lift you up some LOL

Would love any imput from anyone that doesn't no longer have their periods but do have their ovaries still...Just want to make sure that something like this could work for me before I spend the money I don't have lol

As far as how NB works and all your other questions... they can all be answered on by reading this forum, http://www.noogleberry.com/forum/index.php because honestly for me to go into that much detail on it LOL I would be writing a book here! I always recommend those interested in NB read their forum.

But to answer two of the questions briefly, I've read other users on the NB forum have nipple piercings and didn't have an issue. So maybe find their posts and ask them. I only have a navel piercing as far as body piercings, so not sure how soon the nipples heal? And I wouldn't want you hurting yourself with trying too soon. As far as it stimulating milk, it's not a breastfeeding pump. They are designed differently. But if you recently stopped breastfeeding and worry about the milk starting back up, I always say as a rule of thumb to wait at LEAST 6 months after you stopped breastfeeding so you can dry up completely before starting ANY form of NBE. Any form can stimulate milk if you recently breastfed, recent meaning within the last few months. I waited a year after I dried up during breastfeeding before I started my first program in NBE when I was 18.

As far as everything I've tried and what worked, didn't work, before and after pics, etc. This is my program page it has it all there http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=698
