Long time hops & FG user

I've been thinking about Susan's idea in post #372 of this thread: Could you plan massages like gym sessions for maximum growth?

Suppose you do squats and lunges to help maca make your booty Huge. Then you would train the same muscle again after 48 to 96 hours. I think it was John Pilates who found that this timing of gym sessions ensures maximum HGH.

When I was still living at the gym, I used to time the sessions on muscle soreness. When the soreness of the previous session was gone, I was ready for another one that targeted the same muscles.

Now think dumbbell flyes or bench presses for pecs. Or the example Susan gave: we both feel more in our breasts when we exercise. Even a walk makes a difference. Should we time walks with 48 to 96 hour intervals? And why would massages be any different? In the end, it's all about HGH. We both have our programs tuned right: we have plenty of all other hormones.

Let's see: tomorrow, I have two walks of 30 minutes each, and Friday too. On Thursday, I'll be at the beach: 23 °C (73 °F), how often does that happen at the end of September? So I have to schedule some activity again on Sunday or Monday, and take it easy on Tuesday.

This is easy. I can schedule exercise like this for a few weeks, and then do something similar with massage when the rainy weather comes.

This morning I took half as much maca as yesterday, and tomorrow, I will half it again. The reason is that I want to try out an idea Karen posted:
http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=10110&pid=37120#pid37120
Karen's idea was that what you take can affect what you want. To be more specific: taking more maca could make me feel more boobie greed. So far, boobie greed hasn't become less. But I think I need to go up and down a few times before I can tell. And even then: I know I reduced maca to see if boobie greed decreases, so the outcome of the experiment may be affected by my secret wishes.

Karen also found something about hops I didn't know. I mean the second article in this post:
http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=10112&pid=37135#pid37135
In my answer to Karen, I already wrote what it means for my program. I have more flexibility than I thought. If I take hops with a meal, it digests more. More digestion means more xanthohumol is digested to 8-prenylnaringenin, the strongest phyto-estrogen in hops.

The article Karen found says that xanthohumol reduces IGF-1 and is an anti-androgen. So instead of adding a second phyto-estrogen to my program, I can influence the degree of digestion, and see if taking hops with a meal makes it less anti-androgen and more phyto-estrogen.

That's for after the maca experiment, though. If I want to learn something, I better make only one change at a time.

I have a quick question to throw in to this highly interesting and theoretically fascinating journey of yours Isabelle;

Do hops taste nice?

Oh no, Gasolinerainbow,

It tastes bitter, like beer, but then stronger. I don't even like beer. I found three ways to make the taste bearable:

1) As tea,
2) With lemonade syrup and water (essentially sugar, aspartame, color, and a little fruit),
3) With honey, milk, and breakfast cereals as porridge. Sometimes cold, sometimes microwaved.

After the experiments above, I prefer the third recipe. I read you use flax and oats: they make a delicious porridge with hops and honey.

I have been taking the hops with cold milk and breakfast cereals and honey for a few days now, and I had a small yellow pimple on my chin last night. That supports the idea that digesting xanthohumol to 8-prenylnaringenin makes hops less anti-androgen.

I have halved the maca again, to about 1,000 mg. So far, boobie greed does not decrease. I even poured a cup of goat's rue tea just an hour after the maca, for swelling.

OK, my plan for today may cause the boobie greed: I'm going to the beach. Actually a small lake in the dunes here. The weather forecast says 23 °C (73 °F), and the lake is shut off from the wind, so it's usually warmer Cool

Hi lled,

This one is very clear:

I also found others.

my head is spinning!

remember caarla? forgot how to spell her screen name. she used to be on here telling everyone that PM works better when absorbed through skin. she claimed to have worked with researchers on PM.

but if PM has to go through the liver, 1. i don't want to over work my liver and 2. i wonder about the toxicity of PM, high dosage, long use, on the liver?

Hi lled,

It's OK in menopause doses (up to 50 mg):
http://journals.lww.com/menopausejournal...id.22.aspx

And it's Ok in rats up to 800 mg per kg of body weight:
http://www.actahort.org/books/679/679_20.htm
At 50 kg (110 lbs), that's 40,000 mg!
