so girls are taking maca and periactin together
i am going to take my maca until periactin gets here
is it okay to take fenugreek with maca
idk i am going to try it wish me luck

But I don't think you will need it. I have taken maca and fenugreek for two months, and they balance each other very well.

just learned that periactin may cause bloating or cause your face to look bigger, so someone suggested taking herbs with it that way the fat goes to the areas you want it to go, so maybe saw palmetto and fenugreek may be good to take with it
does anyone have experience with weight gain and herb?

so it is settled will test out natrol maca tomorrow if all goes well will be taking ciplactin natrol maca and fenugreek as follows
1 ciplactin
2 maca in the evening
2 fenugreek late evening/ before bed

so the ciplactin caused me stomach problems
and caused me to stall in my weight gain
so now I will try to gain weight as I do nbe
