So, if i take saw palmetto, fennel, fenugreek, maca, hair skin and nails vitamin, and PM (15 days only) (the rest for the whole month)

will i die? lol..i tihnk it's too many pills but let me know!

I'd stop the fennel from day 25 to day 14. Maybe the fenugreek too, unless you get headaches.

would that be the 20 days before or after period?

You count the first day of your period as day 1 and count from there.
