BO or PM?

#1

Hello,
I'm an on and off lurker of this board. I just got done with HCG weight loss (my first 2 rounds were a year ago and the results lasted. It's a miracle product!) so it's been a while since I've done the whole breast enlargement thing. I used to do Ainterol with Maca which worked pretty good. I would say I gained, but I don't know how much.
Now that I'm starting on going through NBE again, I wanted to know whether I should do PM or BO. I know everyone is individual but I'd like to read what you all have to say.
I'm very happy with my body right now and just want to gain in the breasts. I'm ultra aware of my fitness and am absolutely going to try to stay away from anything that boosts my appetite or stores fat in the wrong places.

I dont think you could go wrong with either. But since PM has worked well for you, why not take it again?
I would do what worked and see how it goes

BO is in my future but for now, I am using PM.

Congrats on your weight loss! Big Grin

I have tried PM in the past and am taking BO now. For me it hasn't been so much of a "choice" as it has been an "only option." When I tried PM I was very hopeful that it would work for me. And it seemed like it was going to! But I started experiencing horrible headaches, constipation, fatigue, and generally just feeling bad while I took it. It also really messed up my cycles. It got to the point where I couldn't stand it anymore and I quit taking it. It was just too strong for me. Even just the typical herbs (fenugreek, hops, fennel, etc) give me negative side-effects.

So I thought I'd give BO a chance as kind of a last resort. I would like to have tried Bountiful Breast but it's not within my budget right now, so I went with Ultra Breast. There are some ladies here who have had great success with it, and I've added a few things (kelp, pituitary when my next cycle starts) to my program to make it as close to BB as possible. I'm just about ending my first cycle on it right now. With PM I had soreness and a slight increase in size within the first cycle, but I haven't noticed much of an increase in growth with BO in the first cycle - mostly just reshaping and some filling out on the bottoms and sides. Which is still way better than nothing at all! So it seems that BO may work a little slower (for me) but at least it's something my body can tolerate and I can continue taking longterm to get the results I want! That alone is worth it for me. Maybe next month will bring noticeable growth.

It doesn't sound like you had any problems with PM like I did though, so that's probably not a factor for you in deciding. One thing I can say for sure is that I feel a million times better on BO than I did with any herbs, including PM. I feel like my normal self; not tired and foggy and bombarded with bad headaches all the time. It also seems to be keeping me on my "natural" cycle schedule.

Best of luck to you, with whatever you choose!

I wonder if you could do HCG and NBE? Hmmm... I've been researching hcg, as I struggle to lose these stubborn 20 pounds or so I want to lose, I lose some then it comes right back, I exercise daily and try my best to eat as healthy as possible. So I've been looking into HCG to maybe start January or so after the holidays lol, I like having my Christmas ham!

I realize I couldn't do BO while on a HCG diet as I wouldn't be getting in the needed protein daily. But I wonder if I could do say PM?

Glittergirl, did you do the injections or the sublingual? How much weight did you lose in one round? I'm considering doing a one 40 day round as I'd like to lose 20 pounds, maybe more after the holidays. I would probably do sublingual and hubby said he would probably try injections. I know if I do try the HCG diet I will also still massage, do breast exercises and use my NB, I read that some lotions and creams can't be used while on HCG, so I will look into what I can use for pumping.

The before and afters here is what is inspiring to me http://wheretobuyhcgdrops.net/hcg-before...-pictures/ Teri Hunter's before looks like where I am now and I want to be at her after, so I have the same goal as the weight she lost. I know through researching it seems those drops don't work to well though, so I will be buying my HCG elsewhere and mixing it for under the tongue.

This site here is where I found most the info from https://hcgdietmart.com/ she also links the pounds and inches book, and I have been reading it. I'm going to get the kits she has in her store and the HCG from the site she recommends.

Sorry if I'm taking over here with the HCG questions haha.

Hey yall Ive done the HCG protocol and started after that month I noticed my unexpected growth spurt(like 2 months ago). I can tell you already, do the drops (I wish i did) I ended up doing the injections and I tested my HCG and it was negative!? This seems to happen alot in very good brands time to time. I tested it cause I had an allergic reaction on the site(rash and painful injecting). It was prob due to a sensitivity in the preservative.
I did it for 13 days starving myself. I was always hungry so maybe their was nothing in that vial. I lost 5 lbs and can say it took from my ass and thighs and very little on my stomach. I kept all of my growth btw.

But I never lost on my chest. And never in the past with my weight fluctuations because I never gained first in my chest in the first place.

Anastasia,

Have you done a thyroid and adrenal panel? if so, how have you tested?

Ive been told my thyroid was fine for years and my doctors were dead dead dead wrong.
Your range should be 0.-2. and even then, some have hypo symptons, weight seems to start adding on. Sometimes food allergies will screw with your metabolism

So if you gain first in your ass or stomach, you will generally lose it there on HCG but I believe you can easily gain it back in the chest alone with out having to gain weight afterward since the memory to store fat there has been implemented.

Those with low blood sugar need to up their caleries past 500 on the diet. or you will be sick and hungry all the time.

I've never had my thyroid or anything like that tested. I'm not overweight by much, I'm 5'1 and last time I went to the dr which was a week or so ago, they weighed me at 134 which was depressing seeing as I went from 135 down to 120 not too long ago, so I gained it back. My goal would be to get down to 115, maybe even 110. It seems for me exercise isn't enough, or maybe it's that I don't have time to work out 1-2 hours per day. I try my best to get in 30 min a day 5 days a week. The past few days I haven't cause I caught a cold.

Yea, I didn't want to do the injections, I'm thinking of doing the sublingual technique. The drops, eh I've read so much bad things about them. That most of the companies just make sugary alcohol and pass it off as HCG drops.

Yeah, you should have a panel done on at least both. I was actually underweight during those times and now barely at a healthy BMI 6 yrs later, so you just never know. Its just safe to find out if your T4 is converting properly.

Also, I had not realized even though i was underweight, my face had bloating with the condition. It went down when I changed some things in my diet.

BTW, you got it right on 30 mins a day. You can even swing 20 min.
1-2 hrs will only increase your endurance and once your body gets used to that, you gotta do more to lose.

Short spurts of getting your heart rate going is more effective than long for weight loss.

The neat thing about HCG is you don't have to work out

Thanks, all of you, so much for the great replies! Wow, you have to check your temperature for BO whereas you don't have to for PM? I guess I'll stick with the PM.
There is so much to learn in the world of NBE. Just when I think I have it all figured out, there's still more information I wasn't keyed in on.

And about that HCG. Yeah, I did a round of injections through my doctore last year. It was great. I kept the weight off. Maybe you didn't go through a doctor?
This year I did the homeopathic which is just as good, and for some even better. I lost more weight and I just finished the round. I got it from a good source (diyhcg.com) because I my manual that my doc recommended to me for HCG even stated that that's the reputable source. Any time I had a question the people at that website wrote me right back.
I liked the homeopathic, but for some reason for me this year I've had to be more careful about what I eat on maintenance or I budge a bit on the scale. My best friend didn't have to be so strict. In fact, she went without the maintenance rules and she still keeps all the weight off. So I'm not sure if I'm reacting to the homeopathic stuff that way or it's something else. It could be that my sleeping patterns are REALLY off.
BTW, my friend has thyroid problems and she had success. You can ask the people at that website if you have medical concerns before starting. Questions about thyroid is very common and that doesn't get in the way. I know it sounds too good to be true, but HCG ROCKS.
Frankly, I'm more afraid of birth control than I am of HCG.

The DIY brand seems pricey, and you said it worked for you? I'm seeing only a 30 day course of it, so you don't do a full 40 days? I was looking at this site http://www.diyhcg.com/ this is their site right?

This was the brand of drops I've seen on many forums being recommended... http://www.hcg1234.com/index.html they even say you can have a 1200 calorie diet on these. But then again others say the homeopathic drops are do good and you should get real HCG mix it and use it sublingual or injections. https://hcgdietmart.com this is where I got most my info about sublingual using real HCG and they recommend buying it from here http://www.drugshoponline.com/Buy-Weight...mpule.html

Sighs, researching HCG is just as difficult in deciding as NBE is lol, so many products and ways to do it out there!
