I used to be on fenugreeek, i planned to buy BB. Do i need to do a body cleanse? i know it is milk thistle, how long do i do that, do i need to start BB right after my cycle?

Most of us do our body cleanse with milk thistle on the first day of our cycle. Some do it 1 week, 10 days or 14 week depending on yourself actually.

It is advisable to start BB on the first day of your following cycle.
