Wasn't going to take this seriously but...

#1

I was a 34B in high school. When I had my child at age 21, I went up to a 34C. I was breastfeeding for 11 months. When I stopped, I gradually went back to a 34B. Over time, I felt like my breasts have literally atrophied: "old lady bags" on my chest. And I shrank some more this years to a 34A. That got my attention.

I was under an extreme amount of stress this year (2011) as well. I lost weight and went down to 113 pounds and had the worst break out I've had since junior high. My period also was longer, 40 days. I was so stressed I was only sleeping 2 to 5 hours every night but not deeply. I had very little appetite if any, and usually I'd just end up eating fast food or candy bars. And I was starting to get anxiety attacks. So, I figured I needed to do something.

I'm glad I found this site. I'm back to a healthy weight. I have taken most of the junk food I was eating out of my diet. Actually, I'm starting to eat actual meals. I don't have contact with my ex anymore. My acne is starting to get under control, not completely there yet. I've been going on walks, sometimes jogs. I'm actually able to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep for a good 7 to 8 hours. I haven't been able to do that since my child was born. Smile

I didn't measure when I started doing Eve's program. I kinda just wanted to take up a hobby to get my mind off the ex. I was rather lax when I started this program on Sept. 23, 2011. However, I started to notice 6 weeks into it that "the old ladies" were looking kinda perky, among the above changes as well. I also had plumpness to the tops of my breast as well. I never had PMS breast swelling prior to any of this either. I'm still a 34A, but I can honestly say I'm filling out. I don't have dead things on my chest anymore. So, I'm more on top of this now:

Eve's Herbal Program Plus:

EPO: 4,000 mg daily with meals

L- arginine/ L- citrulline (500/500mg) 1 gram tablet: 5 grams daily
OptiMSM with 250 mg vitamin C: 6 grams daily
NeoCell Collagen plus C: 6 tablets daily

Mega Food Un-stress Dietary supplement (lots of B vitamins with C and zinc): 2 tablets daily

Stinging Nettle herb: 3 grams daily

Teas:
Spearmint tea: twice daily
Raspberry leaf tea: twice daily (1st two weeks of cycle)
Fennel tea: every other day (2nd week of cycle)
Licorice tea: daily (2nd week of cycle)

Chi massages twice daily rotating:

Extra virgin, organic Coconut oil: 1st half of cycle
Shea butter: 1st half of cycle
Jason's wild yam creme: 2nd half of cycle
Pure coco butter (added vitamin E oil): 2nd half of cycle

I know it's alot of herbs/supplements right now. But I also am trying to:
1. Control some very severe cyctic acne ( it's now mild to moderate)
2. Heal old acne scars (fading fairly quickly, yay!)
3. Get a good night's sleep (now I can sleep a good 7 to 8 hours easy)
4. Get my cycle back to normal (for the first time in months it's down to 30 days instead of 40ish)

So I measured myself today.
December 21, 2011
Height: 5' 6"
Weight: 122.5 lbs
Bust: 34"
Under bust: 28 3/4"
Waist: 25 3/4"
Hip: 33"
Largest part around the butt: 34.5"
Largest part around right thigh: 20 3/4"

Measurements as of Nov. 15, 2011:
Height: 5 feet, 6 inches
Weight: 120 pounds
Bust: 33 inches
Under bust: 28.5 inches
Waist: 25 inches
Hip: 33 inches
Largest part around the butt: 33.5 inches
Largest part around right thigh: 20.25 inches

I'm thinking I need to change my exercise routine and add some butt and stomach crunches. I was so concerned about getting fat around my thighs that I didn't focus on the other areas.
I've taken stinging nettle out of my plan. I really don't think it did anything for me. I think the spearmint tea is enough.
Still on a 30 day cycle, but that may be my norm. We shall see. However, this is my first period in a while where I don't spend a day in cramping agony, so maybe there's something to EPO. My skin is way better. I've only had a mild breakout before my period, not the usual cycstic kind. And my breasts are more shaped like, well, breasts. Not as saggy and my stretch marks aren't as prominent as before. I've also notice the top parts of my breasts are getting more growth than the rest of the breast. It's also nice to feel like I'm grabbing more than just loose skin. So, yay!!
I've read somewhere that too much estrogen can mess with your thyroids. I checked my temp orally and it was 97.1. I heard kelp helps, so I'll be looking into that.

Well, I had a really bad cold for a few days and didn't do anything NBEwise. I was concerned that I'd lose some, and I did. I lost about 1/4 in around the bust. They don't feel as firm either. But duh, I barely ate anything, and I tend to lose weight fairly quickly when I stop eating.

It doesn't bother me so much as realizing that if NBE is going to work for me, I'll definitely have to be on a maintenance dose for a very long time.

I also had a small break out as well: three cystic ones- behind my left knee, just below my right butt cheek, and the other on the left side of my face close to my ear. I have no idea what that's about as I was completely off everything for three days. Dodgy

Side note:
I'm going to finish up the raspberry leaf tea and not buy anymore. I believe it's a weak phyto estrogen, and I'm thinking it may be getting in the way of the other phyto estrogens that I'm on.

Also, I'm not going to massage with the coconut oil anymore. Usually, when I wake up in the morning after my evening massage, my breasts feel heavy, but not when I massage with the coconut oil. But it does make my skin super soft, and it's great on toast. So I'll use it for other things. Tongue

I'm also going to add kelp. But I'll only start with 1/2 gram for two weeks out of each cycle. I don't have problems with my thyroid. I remember having that test like two years ago for a check up and they were all within the norm. But kelp seems to be beneficial for NBE. So, we shall see.

And some pics (sorry, not brave enough to do more than this) I took these today.

This is my right breast, which is smaller than then the left.

And here is the left.
