Hello everyone,

just ordered my BB. Hope it will work for me. I was on fenugreek for around 20days or less, and stopped for about 40 days already, do i still need to do a body cleasing before I start BB?

I'm not totally sure about this, but I think cleansing is meant when you want to go from one method of NBE to another right away or if you are stalling in your program and you need to cleanse to start from new again. Since you have been off of herbs for 40 days, I think you don't need to cleanse. Your body "naturally" cleansed itself. That's just my opinion.
