New and Rather Overwhelmed! Please Help!

#1

Hello! My name is Shelby...(sudoname yay)

Anyways...I really want to grow myself some tata's! I am a 32AA (will bust out the measuring tape shortly) I would love to be a fully A cup. (Low aspirations, but it is honestly what I want...i just want to be able to buy a bra, in a store, that is not made for a 14 year old!

Okay back on track-
I am 21 years old.
I am a social drinker.
I eat rather healthy.
I don't ingest much caffeine...I do eat a lot of chocolates but I could give that up for a while and my sweet tea. (I probably should anyways...lots of calories).
I weight about 115 lbs, the most I have ever weighted is 120 lbs.
I am 5 foot 5 inches.
Waist is 24.5 inches.
Hips are 32.5
Butt is 35 inches
Underbust 28.5
Bust- 30.5
Top of bust is 30 inches.
(Calculator says that is a 34AA...but my 32AA bras fit a little loose in the cup, so going up a band size isn't going to do much for me.)
I am also a biological female.
I am on nuvaring...and that is a rather non-negotiable thing...I like sex. lol.

I want a simple regime.
In the past I did fenugreek and two other things but didn't stick with it. And I have tried breast massage but it makes my breasts very, very, very, sore and raw...

Once again, I want something rather simple...but I don't really know what to do. While measuring I did notice that there was a fair amount of hair on my breasts, rather unattractive really, I've also notice on my belly hair is becoming more apparent.

OK, this is simple.

Check the posts of MydreamisGcup, and idreamofD's program thread.

Get a good multivitamin:
400 µg folic acid or folates
> 50 µg vitamin B12
2-10 mg vitamin B6
12-35 mg zinc

Take PM all month.

Take 10 g of L-arginine a day.

you and I have some similarities; we're both the same height, waist size and weight. I'm a 32AA and we've both got the breast and belly hair issues -.- which sux. How do you deal with it?

Perky- Honestly...I never really noticed it until today before I went to shower. The belly hair thing is fairly slight too. Honestly, if I spent time in the sun it would probably not be noticeable. I have shaved my "happy trail" before. It grows back really, really slowly and soft so I don't have to worry about prickles.

The boob hair, I will probably shave off too.

I have a doctors appt. with my gyno on Monday and I'm going to ask her about a few things... I think I may have PCOS, and I'm going to ask her if my breasts are really done growing. lol.

I have contemplated going to a consultation for the fat grafting breast enlargement thing...just still iffy on that. I think it may work for me since I don't want "large" results. I just want to be a full A.

Isabelle-

I've looked at a ton of programs and I just get so overwhelmed. It's a ton of information...lol.
I will look at those that you specifically mentioned. Thank you Smile

I think I am going to do the following program--

1 Ainterol PM cap 500mg 2x per day
1 Ainterol extreme spray or the lotion 2x per day with Chi Massage
1000 mg MSM
1 Multivitamin with all the stuff previously mentioned
10 g l-arginine
3 Fish Oil Pills (1 pill 3x a day)
1 Vitamin D pill
(The last two I /have/ to take per doctor recommendations)
I am also going to have a Carnation instant breakfast for...breakfast every morning with a bagel with peanut butter, and a side dish of fruit or a banana or apple or something.
Lunch will be meat free (I live on campus in a dorm so my diet is sorta restricted) and light.
Dinner will be meat free (I don't like the meat they serve, I sometimes have meat for dinner) or fish, with two side dishes of vegetables and a side dish of fruit. A glass of milk.
I'm also going to drink five bottles of water a day. (65oz of water).
I also work out on a every other day basis...So M/W/F I will do the following:
100 jumping jacks
90 Crunches
80 Squats
70 Leg lifts
60 jumping jacks
50 crunches
40 squats
30 leg lifts
20 jumping jacks
10 minute run
Or
50 crunches
25 leg lifts
50 bicycles
25 squats
15 sumo squats
50 calve raises
100 arm circles
15 push ups
50 minute jumping jacks
1 minute plank

On the other days I am going to be doing stretches and light yoga!
This is sorta non-negotiable...I was in a car accident and had a broken back and I have to workout to help keep my back stabilized and minimize pain from the surgery I had.

I am talking to my Gyno on Monday when I go. I'm asking if my breasts are done developing and if she thinks this is an okay idea.
