Does this seem possible? i am tall with a wide build so even though my measure now seems ok i look and feel quite manish especially upto my surgically perfect friends id love killer curves without being fake

not sure what my actual bra size is because different shops say different but normally 34c id say on my body they look small/medium size.
i have a gym membership but when i used to work out alot i lost my chest almost completely so i really need help in how much and what types of exercise

my program so far -start new years day 2012
-will take half all doses for at least the first 2 weeks and build up

ainterols pueraria mirifica powder 1g
500mg twice p/d in warm milk

maca 1000mg

nursing mothers tea - goats rue, fennel, anice, lemon balm and cummin
3 cups

hair skin and nails multivitamin taken as directed

evening primrose oil 2000mg

l'arginine
l'glutamine
l'lysine
possibly build up as high as 3g each
and
BCAA(L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucin)1100mg
all aminos taken as stack before bed

i also use a noogleberry but only as a single pump at least 30min per night each breast changing over after every 15min

im also going to go to the gym 3 times per week

reeeaallyy excited already noticing changes
my bust measures 38in today(before noogling) i know this cant be permenant growth so far but it is still very encouraging.
and waist 26.5

Can I suggest vitamin C, it will help your body produce collagen.

Secondly in the gym. Yes lots of chest work will destroy chest. Especially mid and lower pectoral work. A little bit of upper may be beneficial to pull your breasts up. So you could try some incline press and maybe an incline fly motion. But go for 12-15 rep range.

In terms of body shaping. I would suggest NOT training obliques, this will give you the square shape and will make you lose your curves.

If you want a better butt. Deep squats are king. By deep I mean you go low. Legs past parallel. You can also do wide stance squats with toes pointed out. Something like 3 sets of 8-12 reps would be good.

For that waggly bit under your arm. You want to work the long head of your tricep. Overhead tricep extensions with a full stretch is good. Maybe rope ones too. Most triceps with a vertical grip will work the long head. Horizontal grips work the outer.

If you want abs, you gota train them like everything else. Do more difficult exercises where you fail at 10-12 reps. Hanging leg raise, weighted crunch. If you want the sexy flat stomach. You just don't eat garbage.

UPDATE
measured today:
bust 40in- deeper cleavage
waist 26.5 - also tummy looks smoother and firmer
bum 40in- slightly lifted
....wow im on my way to my goal

i wish id taken start pics now, but i will try to add some of me now soon

I do use a noogleberry so bust could be swelling although this was at least 12hrs after noogle and i havent had this much stay as long before.
I get quite good swelling when i noogle upto 41.5in straight after pumping but not measured this for a couple weeks then they normally went down to 39 during the day so there is an increase in swelling i wont know what i have grown permenantly unless i stop pumping but im not doing that at the moment when im really starting to see results.

also just started on gelatinized maca which is meant to be stronger 900mg caps im going to see how it goes but maybe work upto 3 p/d

i also added 330mg sea kelp for a slimming aid used 3 weeks so far
