Hey everyone!
So I've been taking herbs and massaging and using a heating pad for a little over a month now. My breasts seem to feel a bit fuller and maybe heavier (I'm not completely positive lol), but I'm not experiencing any growing pains. Is this a bad sign? Does this mean my program isn't working?
This is what I've been doing..
Chi Massage twice a day (360-400 rotations)
Heating Pad every night
Fenugreek- 1830 mg a day
Hops- 1860 mg a day
Fennel- 480 mg a day
I've also been eating whole flax seeds just about everyday (is this an ok substitute for flaxseed oil capsules?)
And I have been drinking a glass of Soy Milk once a day (is this an ok substitute for soya?)
Should I add anything or do anything differently? Am I doing anything wrong?
Just wondering why I haven't had any growing pains yet! My breasts do always feel kinda sore when I touch them, but I don't think that counts as growing pains lol.
