I bought $80 worth of PM pills but they started giving me PMS which I never get- this painful weird sensation and stretched out preperiod fluid, so I quit for 2-3 months,
but I don't believe in wasting and was wondering if the pills really would work if I started them up again but used the powder as a topical, mixed it with something creamy and put it on.
Would it work, or will it only work if I take it by mouth? Should I start back up again? I've been having periods every 3 weeks instead of every month.
