growth but no tingles

#1

i have been using PM for about 4 weeks and have been suprised by how much i have actually grown... i'm very happy with my results so far... the only thing that is worrying me is the fact i have never felt any tingles or "growing pains" is this normal and has this happened to anyone else? i am concerned that all my "growth" is just swelling as if i miss a day my boobs shrink considerably (though, this not happening to me now as it was in the begining.

I have heard that you do not need to feel pains, tingles, aches...in order to grow.

oh good. that's a relief... i have grown 1.5 inches according to the measuring tape.. i have only just measured now for the first time since i started and i feel like 1.5 inches is alot for only 5 weeks of use... hopefully it sticks around. my bras are definitely tighter.
i am using ainterol and I take two a day every day, no breaks.

That's Cool! I am on Siriporn. Do not know if I can take continuously since I barely started. 1.5 in 5 Weeks is crazy!

Thanks!.. i should mention i started taking Maca about a week and a half ago just to regulate my hormones, and i think either that has helped, or now the PM is really starting to kick in.

Hmm interesting, I have some Maca but was not taking along with my PM. Anyone else knows if this combination can help with NBE? I thought I had heard that they would counter each other...but if you feel a positive difference, then maybe not...

I'd like to take maca as well, since I'd like curves in places besides just my breasts, but as you said, I'm sure I've read that maca and PM counteract each other ... is this true?

This is what Isabelle said regarding PM and Maca
Quote:It's more logical to take maca together with PM in the first half of the cycle, because it increases estrogens. Watch out for estrogen dominance symptoms, like headaches.
