After doing a lot of thread reading on here, I've read so many different routines than I'm a bit confused! I don't want to have to take 7 or 8 different herbs a day, so I'm wondering if a simple PM routine is possible. Something like this, if possible:
Days 1-14: 2x PM daily
Days 15-28: 2x fenugreek and saw palmetto daily
All days: Multivitamin + PM breast spray
Is this too simple? Have I completely misread everything and these herbs won't in fact work together? Can I take FG and SP for the whole time, or is it better to just do it when not taking PM?
(I also have a Noogleberry that I'll hopefully get around to using again regularly!)
ETA: I'm on birth control, will that make any difference to a routine? I know a lot of taking PM revolves around the menstrual cycle but surely this isn't so important since my cycle isn't 'real'?

im on NBE (new PM brand) since nov, 17 2011 and im like you, im not trill about taking many herbs. At fisrt i was taking 2XPM day(from day 1-12)
every days
omega3-6(fish oil) 1-2 X day
hair&nail pill: 2X day
maca 2x day
silicon gel(ad with vitamins c and d) 1 table spoon
vitamins B+(its all vitamins b)
day 13-30
just FG 2xday
Sw 1x day
im also confuse in what i should use but i decide to stop maca, and reduce SW
i decided to add l-arginine and i think i will bought goat rue.
So my program will be just PM, L-arginine and goat rue and FG
Honestly if you eat good and healthy you do not need multi vitamins.
i know that protein help and soy also.
You need to try a program and stick with it for a few to see what your body really need.
i know it confusing but girls are really supportive here, so dont be shy to ask your questions. And theres a lot of them who got result and will tell you that everyone is different.
So just like you i try to figure it out all with the herbs and cycling....

Thanks jul, seeing your routine is very helpful.
I've heard a lot about l-arginine but looking it up, I'm not sure how it will help with the NBE process? Can you enlighten me?!

l arginine is good for nbe because increasing growth hormone(even chiyomilk took a growth factor) is important for effective nbe but has more chance of working efficiently for growth when taken as a stack with other aminos because unless u have enough of the others it wont absorb well
so far i use
3g l arginine
3g lysine
3g glutamine
and 2200mg bcaa
taken as a stack before bed but if you google amino stacks for growth hormone there are quite a few useful results
i know some my dreamisgcup had amazing results using just l arginine but she was quite young only just 19 or 20 so probably only needed a bit extra amino to restart growth she also took high dose of l arginine

Okay, thanks BarbieGrrl. Sorry to sound ignorant, but how do I take l-arginine? Do I need to cycle it or can I take it all month?
From another thread, I've read that I can take maca with PM? So would the following work as a routine:
Days 1-14:
x2 500mg PM
x2 500mg Maca
Day 15-28:
x2 610mg FG
x2 450mg Saw palmetto
All days:
L-arginine 500mg
Multivitamin
PM breast spray
Though that seems like a lot of pills, for someone who was trying to avoid taking many!

As far as maca root, i took it to regulize my cycle and i now decide to stop because i think i gain weight on my bum....(not a lot, but im small frame and do not need the weight to get there.... i need it a little higher...lol)
And i know that when i bought it at the natural store the person who sole it to me said that i have to take it for 2 month and stop..... so thats what im doing and i will see if i will take it again...
Because i just bought L-arginine i want to try it with my PM in my program. I know that some girl just use PM from day 1-15 and wait after they done there period but i know that some took lower dosage from day 19-24 so i will many try that but i know that it always important to follow dosage, especially with PM (siriporn) coz Ginie said that is a stronger PM.
I add more FG to my routine im taking 4 instead of 2-3 and i can say that my boob are sore today, but im also waiting for my period so.....
i will keep you updated how im doing in my program, and i always make a lot of research before taking anything...
I know that for great result NBE is consistance and patient....so hanging there your not alone

I think I'll start my routine without maca but with l-arginine and see how it goes from there. Interested to hear how yours goes too, it's great to find out what works and what doesn't.
Also, what is the advantage to 'cycling' PM? What happens if I don't cycle it? (I'm worried I won't be able to keep track of when I should stop/start all these pills!)

Of what i know cycling is to know when you need to add the right supplement.
i did NBE before and didnt cycle, i got no result, but i dont know if it because i got the wrong PM brand or because of both.
i also know that to boost your metabolism you have to add some herbs when your body is in deficency......
Honestly i find it hard to cycling coz i have irregular period but i guess is quite simple when your regular.
I know you have 3 phases: your period is describe as day 1 to ???? (depend how long it last) example: day 1 to 7
after that you have (the day you finish your period till the 14)
call the ovulation phase

Thanks Jul, those links were really helpful! I'm in awe of Ginie's success!
I think I'll try using PM (and maybe fenugreek) on days 1-14 then a low dose of dong quai on days 15-28 (along with l-arginine all the time) so I've got an estrogen/progesterone balance. We'll see how that goes!

Shouldn't you take PM on days 1-14 and fenugreek on days 15-28? I think PM is for estrogen and fenugreek is for progesterone. Aren't they?
