Hi everyone,

I'm a little confused on whether or not I can start Eve's program while on birth control.

I've read on posts that for people who take birth control, they cycle their program but I've read on another post that we don't need to cycle for eve's program as it is a long term program.

So bottom line, can I start eve's program while on birth control without cycling? If cycling is required, how would that work?

Hi hope,
I have a herbal-based program while on the pill and, for now on, it works. I don't think you should cycle while on birth control because it may interfere with the contraceptive effect since it's supposed to keep the hormones at the same level to prevent ovulation.
