Hi noni,

Good to hear from you Smile

About question 1. There are four ways:
- I use tea bags
- onicemile cuts up licorice sticks to the size of matches, and steeps them in hot water for longer than normal tea. I think it takes twenty minutes, with a lid on the tea pot, so it stays hot without boiling.
- Licorice sweets are made out of a licorice syrup. Maybe you can find it for sale in small quantities.
- Licorice sweets dissolve in water or liquor overnight.

About your mom, question 2: she can certainly try. Other teas may help as well, like spearmint, or peppermint. I also have teabags here that are called "Moroccan mint": that is a mint-licorice mixture.

So to stop developing facial hair or body hair would your say to take in licorice? In which form should licorice to taking in: tea, powder, seed, oil, etc.? Or if licorice is not for stop facial and body hair than what is? Some of us are on the hairy side.Blush
