Program for tuberous breasts

#1
Rainbow

Hi everyone,

I may be the only person on this board in this particular situation. You see, I'm 21, turning 22 soon, and I have tuberous breasts... and breast implants. I hate them.Dodgy The surgery did not correct the problem and they feel extremely uncomfortable. I am planning on removing them later this year.

My natural breasts were a 34a/32b and very, very tuberous. The areolas were extremely puffy and the underside of the breasts were completely straight and parallel to the floor. The smaller breast was less tuberous.

I'm not sure how to go about this program, but my main objective is to round them out with some modest overall growth. I have just received my herbs/supplements of choice:

Hops (1-2 grams?)
Fenugreek (2 grams?)
Fennel (2 grams?)
Flaxseed (1 tablespoon whole, ground up in smoothie)
MSM (1800mg)

Since I am probably estrogen dominant as I have tuberous breasts, I am thinking that I shouldn't take too much hops. I am in need of some guidance for the herb dosages Huh

maybe use a progesterone cream if your estrogen dominant and its meant to help round the shape, id also add a massage or pump.Iif you dont get and if you dont get the results you want from herbs dont worry glandular therapy is meant to work best on tuberous breasts(like anastasias program) its also progesterone based.

I forgot to mention that I used Emerita progesterone cream mixed with l arginine in the last 2 weeks of my cycle, like Ahla did, but sort of gave up on that after 2-3 months. Ahla saw big results after 2 months and I got nothing. I did get the occasional shooting pain but that's it, no swelling. Maybe I will also continue doing that.

How long have you had the breast implants? I know that when girls with tuberous breasts get implants it can take some time to correct the problem. The skin needs to stretch so maybe you haven't given the implants time to improve the situation. You are however very far from being alone with the tuberous breasts. I have them as well. I saw a big difference using the niplettes for nipple enlargement. It somehow makes the areola a part of the nipple and reduces the puffiness. My puffy areolas totally ruined my breast shape but now I can go braless. I also used Brava in the past but it was very difficult to use and I am not sure I would recommend it to anyone it was so hard but it improved my situation.

Did you get a donut mastopexy along with your implants? I have never heard anything good from just implants in tuberous breasts. Your PS is probably unaware of how to treat them. Anyway, best of luck, I hope you keep this updated!

I have had them for 4 years and the tuberous breast is visibly just a different entity on top of the implant.
I had a benelli lift, so scar only around areola.

I am currently just taking vitex to try to balance my hormones.

I have slightly tuberous breasts. OK size (although I want them to be a lot bigger) but tuberous.
Puffy nipples, not much 'meat' on the sides and droopy..
I don't know if Noogleberry and BO will correct that?
