PM caps will be taken on empty stomach with a glass of milk (calcium)

Additional Internals
1 teaspoon of whole, ground flaxseeds each day.
1 cap = 1g of EPO each day
Multi vitamin with zinc x 1 cap per day
B complex x 1 cap per day with a minimum of 50iu of B12
L-Tyrosine.
Food to eat for calcium:
• Salmon
• Tofu
• Rhubarb
• Sardines
• Collard greens
• Spinach
• Okra
• White beans
• Baked beans
• Broccoli
• Peas
• Brussel sprouts
• Sesame seeds
• Almonds
• Yogurt, plain
• Yogurt, fruit
• Milk, low fat or nonfat
• Milk, whole
• Cheese, including American, ricotta, cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese

Infusion twice per day:
1 cup of hot water with 1.5 teaspoons of fennel and soak 10 minutes. Strain the seeds and drink this one cup per day.

Booby batter
For the first cycle:
One cup of olive oil, 1/2 cup of fenugreek powder (or hops powder) and 24 caps (1g) of starflower together. Sit in a dark place for 10 days before first use. Put some batter on the breasts and massage in. Follow with some low heat from a low heat source for 30 minutes.
For the second half:
One cup of olive oil, 1/2 cup of fennel powder, 24 caps (1g) of borage oil together. Sit in a dark place for 10 days before first use. Put some batter on the breasts and massage in. Follow with some low heat from a low heat source for 30 minutes.

Hello Sarah,

Before I give an opinion, I like to know the logic behind detailed programs.

What brand of PM?
What brand of FG?
What is your reasoning for the dosages of each on the days that you chose?
What is your reasoning for the PM and FG combination?
What is your reasoning for including flaxseeds, especially whole flaxseeds?
Have you been diagnosed with PCOS?
Do you have either androgen dominance or estrogen dominance?
Do you have any slow thyroid symptoms?
Was the exclusion of beef and chicken intentional, or were they not listed because they are not a consideration for calcium?
Are you a vegetarian/vegan?

I recommend fenugreek for the batter all month long. I don't know anyone who has tried hops externally, except Eve, and she rotated it with other things. Fenugreek has a proven track record.
