• Yogurt, plain
• Yogurt, fruit
• Milk, low fat or nonfat
• Milk, whole
• Cheese, including American, ricotta, cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese
Infusion twice per day:
1 cup of hot water with 1.5 teaspoons of fennel and soak 10 minutes. Strain the seeds and drink this one cup per day.
Booby batter
For the first cycle:
One cup of olive oil, 1/2 cup of fenugreek powder (or hops powder) and 24 caps (1g) of starflower together. Sit in a dark place for 10 days before first use. Put some batter on the breasts and massage in. Follow with some low heat from a low heat source for 30 minutes.
For the second half:
One cup of olive oil, 1/2 cup of fennel powder, 24 caps (1g) of borage oil together. Sit in a dark place for 10 days before first use. Put some batter on the breasts and massage in. Follow with some low heat from a low heat source for 30 minutes.
