Hi

I just wondered if anybody can help me, because my doctor or local health shop can't, and as I don't understand all these different herbs, etc, I can't find an answer.

I take thyroxine for my thyroid, and was told I can't take herbs. But since then I have been led to believe there are some that I can take (and because also some are essentially not classed as herbs, but from other sources so it is okay and safe for me).

I would like to know if anybody knows which herbs, etc, I can take safely (if indeed there are any).

Here is a thread I found, you should really read it over. One member mentioned PM made her breasts actually shrink because of her thyroid problems, and that her only success was from Noogleberry and Progesterone cream. Again, things may work differently for your body, but it gives you a good idea of how thyroid problems may affect NBE.
