#11

Hi lostacres. I'm not over 55 but am 45 and in perimenopause. I was wondering if you had any growth or were still working with nbe. I am trying pm.

Hello sunnydayz,
I don't know what happened to this thread but I never received any of the previous replies from Wahaika. Just found your message today. So unfortunately, I haven't tried any of his suggestions re: HGH. I am taking GHR Essentials which has amino acids & deer antler velvet. I also take extra L arginine. Now that I refound the thread, I'm going to pursue his advice.
But back to your original question. I have not really grown any appreciable amt. I'm now taking Siriporn PM. I might be seeing some fullness in the outer quadrants. It doesn't change my measurements nor bra size though. I think the fullness is from using Progesterone cream. I started that about 2 mo. ago. I guess it balances out the estrogen.
So, in conclusion, I took Greenbush x 5 mo - did nothing but widen my hips & thighs. I'm in my 3rd mo of PM. I also take GR, MSM, collagen (and as mentioned above L arginine & GHR). Gaba did nothing for me - not even help me sleep.
I just started using Eve M's booby batter 3 nights ago so I'm hoping that will help along with the beginning of the Spring season.
Great hearing from you & keep in touch.

I just started the siriporn, myself. I am now in my 3rd month. I don't cycle due to irregular periods, but interesting enough they have been on time since I've been on pm. This one was very short, though. I too, just ordered some pc cream and was going to try that as well. I was worried about becoming estrogen dominant since I am not cycling.

I took other herbs and breast actives for 6 months before starting pm. I'm not taking anything else with the pm, yet. I wanted to see if it works on it's own.

Like you, I haven't seen any significant growth yet, or a change in bra size, but I have to say that they feel denser and fuller now. They were beginning to feel like empty sacks.

I just hope that it's not too late for me! I've read that pm works better on younger women.

Good luck to us older ones! Since we are going to be doing almost the same things we will keep in touch.

Oh, another question for you. Are you using the pc cream in what would be your luteal phase and do you totally stop the pm pills and creams when using it?

My plan was to lower my dose of pm pills during the luteal phase (I decided to try 3 a day during this month and see how I feel) and use the pc cream during that time instead of the pm cream.

Thanks

Hello sunnydayz,
I use ProGest progesterone cream. I mix 2 caps of L arginine into it & let it sit 12 hrs. before using it. I got this idea from Alyssa's thread. The directions on the PG tube says to use for 21 days (twice a day) & off for 7. I only use it once a day (per Isabelle's advice). On the days I don't use the PG cream, I take 2400 mg. of FG ( to balance the estrogen). I take the PM nonstop. This is all trial & error cause I incorporate bits & pieces from others' programs. But, as you said, we "oldies" are a different breed & what works (faster) on the younger ones takes us longer (or not at all).
One glimmer of hope - I had my annual mammogram today & the tech didn't have to "pull & tug" my tiny breasts into the machine. So maybe, although I don't see a difference, I've had a small amt. of growth.
Yes, please keep in touch with me & we may "grow together."

I have ordered Dr.Lees progesterone cream. The cream was reasonable enough but the shipping charges cost as much as the product! lol I'm glad to hear that you've experienced fullness using it. Hopefully it should be here by the time I start my luteal phase.

That's funny about your mammogram and the tech not having to pull and tug. Congratulations!

The majority of studies say that women who still menstruate, and use pm continuously, usually only have 2 regular menstrual cycles then the cycles get longer. It'll be interesting to see if that happens with me since this will be my 3rd cycle. Although, I won't be able to tell for sure if it is the pm or my own body since the last two years I have had irregular cycles. Getting it every other month, skipping a few months at a time.
